Excellent carpet cleaning 7/2/2009

When we called, it turned out Victor, Jose, and Jessie were in our area and were able to come the same morning. They did a nice job removing a coffee stain. Polo & Vance were exceptionally courteous, hard working, and efficient. With the wear, tear, and ""accidents"" inflicted by 4 kids under 6 yrs., I am always amazed at how Carpet DryClean can resurrect our carpets. They look practically brand new! Amazing. more

If you want the best, be sure to ask for Polo and Vance! Stains are removed and the carpet looks brand new! The freshness of the scent left behind on a dry carpet is also a huge plus. This is the second time I've had them clean for me and they always leave me very impressed! I recommend buying the little bucket of dry cleaning powder because you can use it every time there is a stain or spill you'd like to clean up immediately. It's very impressive in how well it works. Incredibly Fast and Friendly Service 6/30/2009

I have two cats who made a mess of one of the rooms in my carpet. Let's just say the room smelled, and the carpets were in bad shape. Polo and Vance were so considerate, calling to let me know when they were on their way. They explained their product thoroughly, including a simple demonstration, which I was amazed by. In about an hour's time, my carpets looked amazing. The cat smell was gone, replaced by a clean, fresh scent. The carpets were soft and plush, remarkable for carpets as old as mine. They were also able to remove huge amounts of embedded cat hair. The whole time Polo and Vance were courteous and efficient. The carpets are clean, and my cats do not have any adverse reactions to the cleaning materials. Professional and Efficient 6/29/2009

Carlo and Marlon arrived right on time and were very nice! They were in and out quickly but did a very thorough job. The best part about the process was that I was able to start moving furniture in as soon as they left! I'll definitely use the company again for the maintenance of my carpets. Pros: No downtime! Cons: None that I noticed more

Professional, courteous and prompt. Carlo and Marlon were prompt and professional. They arrived when they said they would. They completed the job promptly and were courteous and professional when I asked that they do an area again. This was a heavily stained area and Carlo promptly agreed.
