I called for an estimate, made an appointment for the same afternoon, they arrived on time, very professional, focused on the job, worked quickly and efficiently, had excellent results and will definitely call them again. Had tried a well known steam carpet cleaner in the past - will never go back to that. I would definitely recommend Victor and his guys to my friends. We had one particular ""path"" in our carpet that was dark with dirt/traffic. The guys who cleaned did a spot check to show us how well the product worked. It was amazingly clean! The entire room/hallway looks like new, much cleaner than another company that cleaned for us several months ago.\r Your workers were professional, efficient, and thorough.\r The product has some smell to it, but we opened the windows and aired the house and it's fine now.\r We will definitely call again! I enjoyed Terry. He showed me their process and was very friendly through the entire service. My carpet looks great so far....I am keeping a close eye to make sure it does not end up like most steam cleaned carpet...you know a week later you see the same spots all over again. Evelyn Thorpe at 8521 Arboles Court was very impressed with the carpet dry clean. I had dog waste on my carpet and it took the spots completly up. Did not take long for the technician to do his job. Vance was very professional, explained the process and demsontrated on one spot before starting the cleaning of the carpet. Victor, Jose, and Chito were able to squeeze me in after a long day and provide excellent, courteous, and complete service. I received a thorough demonstration of the dry cleaning process and products. I was especially pleased to learn and obtain ""dry cleaning snow"" to clean troublesome spots in my carpet resulting from my pet cat. Highly recommend! Pros: Superior technology and great value more

Dry carpet cleaning works! 8/21/2009

Excellent experience with Carpet Dry Clean. They were professional, thorough, and pleasant. The carpets looked and smelled 100% better after they were cleaned by Carpet Dry Clean. The only drawback was that the dry solution is sifted onto flat surfaces, so they were unable to clean the stair risers, which were also carpeted. Pros: No waiting for carpets to dry Cons: Carpeted stairs cannot be thoroughly cleaned more

This was my 3rd time using these cleaner and once again I was so happy with how Carpet Dryclean was able to save my area rugs!! Miguel and his crew went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Don't forget to ask for a tub of ""sponges""...the stuff works great on fresh pet stains and really removes the odor! Thanks again! Carlo and Marlon were very thorough and professional and did an outstanding job demonstrating the product first, then completing the job. When we pointed out a spot that we were not completely happy with they went back over it until we were satisfied. I will continue to use their services and recommend to others.
