OUTSTANDING service - carpet care 9/9/2009

I called Terry at Carpet Dryclean (since they did such an incredible job cleaning the carpets before we put our house on the market) to see if he could help with a stain we found under a router in our office. I, mistakenly, tried to remove it myself with aerosol can type grocery store products. Terry came out and did his best to remove this really bad purple and blue stain (from white carpet). The charge was $129, which I was glad to pay in lieu or replacing the whole room's carpet. It looked like it might take but then the stain seeped back. Terry called a carpet repair expert and PAID him himself to come out and cut a new piece of carpet to replace the stained piece. There's no way you can tell that there was ever a problem or that the piece was patched. \r Terry is a honest businessman and did what he promised. \r Carpet Dryclean is a GREAT company with great service. Terry not only showed up 10 minutes early, he called an hour before to give us a ""heads up"". In no time at all, he cleaned our carpets, and they look FABULOUS! We will definitely call this company again......and again! Pros: no more doing it yourself! more

I would HIGHLY recommend Carpet Dry Cleaning of Raleigh. Miguel was very prompt and courteous. He was very friendly and I can tell that he is customer service oriented. He educated me regarding the steps of their carpet cleaning procedures He was very thorough and addressed any and all concerns that I may have. After it was done, my carpet was fresh, clean, and the room had an awesome fragrance. I look forward to having them come back next year. Terry arrived one day after I called for service. He showed up on time, ready to work. He itemized the cost before he began. He went ""the extra mile"" by helping me with my car mats. Terry did an excellent job of moving the furniture back to its original place and taking care of highly-trafficked areas. I would recommend him highly. From start to finish the Polo crew kept us informed on the process and were able to remove the stains we wanted removed. We had our nursery cleaned and this being our first child having an organic and safe product being used was a big seller. we just adopted a new dog and are working on house training. all of the dirt and feces came out wonderfully, just some spots that still have a small amount of urine smell. the couches came out great - they look brand new!! Pros: efficient, on-time, clean carpets, no drying time! Cons: still some lingering dog urine smell more

They took me through the process and were very careful moving furniture, etc. Except for the strong smell (which dissipated once we opened windows), it was a very good experience.
