I would HIGHLY recommend Carpet Dry Cleaning of Raleigh. Miguel was very prompt and courteous. He was very friendly and I can tell that he is customer service oriented. He educated me regarding the steps of their carpet cleaning procedures He was very thorough and addressed any and all concerns that I may have. After it was done, my carpet was fresh, clean, and the room had an awesome fragrance. I look forward to having them come back next year.
Pros: Miguel's approach to educating and his overall friendliness.
