One day at Planet Nissan I met Jesse Quintero while there for service & had good feelings about him. I have never had such a great experience while purchasing a car. Everythiing I expect when spending that amount of money was met. They made it very simple and easy to buy a car, they did an outstanding job! The best car buying experience I have had. I was not pressured and the financials were handled professionally and no one tried to sell me anything/package I did not want. That was extremey important for me. The whole thing was fast, I was in and out of there within two-three hours and everythings was so easy. I was really happy with the service I received from both the sales man and the finance manager George. I never liked going to dealerships because I never had a good experiance before but this experience made it all so easy. My Salesman was very helpful right from the beginning. He approached me in the showroom but without any pressure. He LISTENED to what I explained I was looking for in a vehicle and made the perfect fit for me! The entire staff was helpful. Jim was awesome to work with and very knowledgeable with the Sentra product. He also took the time to go over everything to show us how all the options worked once the car was delivered. Mike Mayo was also a pleasure to work with. He too took the time to go over all the paperwork and thoroughly explain what everything meant so there wouldn’t be any surprises. The Salesman Sammy Sheik was on his job as he was making the phone calls pursuing clients and he did "ME". He was very professional in getting my interest just at the right time. I liked that Luis was pleasant and respectful and listened to me. I had originally shopped at Desert Nissan and left there very dissatisfied. The salesman and sales manager at Desert were condescending, rude and even lied to me. I went to Planet Nissan at a friend's suggestion and was very happy that I did. more

I bought my car from Planet Nissan a couple years ago. I wasnt even in the market for a new car but a guy named Jimmy called me, and told me that he can get me a new 2010 and even lower my payment! I told him that my credit was not as good as when I bought the car, but I have never missed a payment. He assured me that everything would be ok. I was a little skeptical, I did not want to get my hopes up, but I figured what do I have to lose! When I got there, Jimmy introduced me to his manager Joe, and he confirmed what Jimmy told me over the phone. Not only were they able to lower my payment, but I also got a lower interest rate! I dont have the best credit, so when I called Planet Nissan, I did not get my hopes too high. About three weeks before I went to Planet, I bought a car at another dealership in town. I gave them $1000 of my money for down payment and thought that I had a new car. After a couple weeks they called me and told me that I need to put more money down or get someone to sign for me if I wanted to keep my car. I was pissed, so I just took them the car back. I really needed a car and I saw an add for bad credit, and I called Planet nissan. I explained what happened, and told them that I did not want the same thing to happen again. The lady I spoke to told me to fill out the credit application online, and that they will see if they could get me financing. They called me back and told me that I was approved and to come in and look at some cars. They had a lot of cars and found a car that I really liked! Their selection was really good. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and helpful, even the Managers. I also sent my best friend there, and she bought a new Altima, and was very happy too! If you are like me, and do not like the "car buying process" I would recommend to go to Planet Nissan, they are not the typical salepeople. more

I live in Henderson, so I was very hesitant to go to Planet Nissan on Centennial. I called before hand and spoke to a very polite young man on the phone. I asked him if a Used Car I was interested in, was still on the lot, and he checked to make sure that it was. I told him I did not want to drive so far and be disappointed. When I got there it was still there, phew! I also found out it came with a 100k mile warranty. The car ran very nice and was very clean all over inside and out. When it came time to do the numbers I was a little nervous, one because I am a girl and I was all alone, and two because I was afraid they were gonna add on a ton of extra charges that I just could not afford. But to my surprise, the guy I was working with told me the price of the car, which was the same price I saw on the Internet. We finalized the deal, and they let me ring the bell on the wall so everyone could celebrate my new beautiful car with me! (Yay) I was in and out of the finance department where I signed all the paperwork. When I got out, my car was waiting for me nice and shiny and clean! (It even had gas : ) ) All in all it was just a pleasant, fun and easy experience! more

I went to Planet Nissan in November and when I arrived I was greeted by this really friendly woman named Gina. She smiled and welcomed me and then asked me if I wanted to go inside and get some coffee while we talk about the vehicle I was interested in. I immediately had a good vibe about this place! I was not attacked when I drove on the lot, and also Gina actually listened to my concerns and then offered her advice based on what I wanted. I decided on a vehicle and then Gina introduced me to her coworker Kamren. Kamren and I went on to test drive the Altima, and I was impressed at how knowledgeable he was. He explained every feature and function about the vehicle from the engine to the trunk! (I have purchased 3 vehicles prior to this one, and never had a test drive like this one!) I am the type of person who needs to "sleep on it", and I do not liked to be pressured in buying the car before I am ready. I told Gina that I wanted to go look around and also get something to eat. She said that was fine and gave me her card. I went to another Dealership, and did not have even close to the same experience I had at Planet Nissan. WHen I walked in the man at the door asked my if I was ready to buy today, and if I needed my husband to make a decision all before we even sat down! (and I am not even married!) While, I was at the other place, I got a call from Gina thanking me for my time and to see if I had any questions. Extremely classy! I told her that I was on my back to get the Altima! Once, I came back she had informed me that Kamren had already had the car cleaned and gased up for me, and all that was left was to sign the papers. I went right into one of the offices where you do the paperwork with the Manager Mike May. He was so funny and helped make the process go by so much quicker. Before I left the dealer, Kamren even set up my first service appointment so I did not forget! Even after I bought the car, they called me to check up on me and also sent me a thank you card, thanking me for my purchase. I really felt that they appreciated me, and I was not just another "Sale". Thank you Gina, Kamren, Mike and the whole Planet nissan team for everything! more
