I especially liked my salesperson who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and extremely friendly with not just me but my whole family including 2 little kids of 2 and 4 who were there for the whole process. He also was not overly pushy and showed alot of patience and dedication to getting us what we want. more

My father and I bought a new vehicle from Jason "Hitch" about a month ago. Now-a-days with the economy being bad, it seems as though people are in a depressionand everyone seems so down and out. My husband works at a dealership (service writer) in California and all I hear him talk about is how all people do is complain. Well, I had a wonderful experience both with Jason and at the dealership and wanted to make it know. My father absolutley HATES (no offense) car sales men. So when my 2002 Nissan Sentra basically took a crap on me and my 18 month old son, while on vacation in Vegas, I was hoping that my father would set aside his feelings towards dealerships and help me finance a car to get back to California. I specifically remember pulling into the dealership and my fathers mood just doing a 180 and he said "we won't be here long, I can only take so much of these people." Jason came up to us quickly, which I believe irritated my dad, but just introduced himself and gave us some time to look around. My father and I looked at many cars and Jason came back with keys to ones we liked. My dad said himself that Jason was an AWESOME salesmen. He said from his mouth that he wasn't too pushy, knew all his information (on ALL the cars we looked at) and worked with us in a way that my dad had never experienced. During our experience at Planet Nissan, I heard the "bell" go off 6 times (which I believe is only rung when a car is sold) At first I couldn't believe it, but looking back on my experience, I can see how you guys sell so many cars! I feel guilty that I didn't get to write this email sooner however, I love my new car and my experience at Planet Nissan with Jason was one of a kind. My father even plans on going back to buy another car from you guys! To me that says alot! more

The salesperson, Gina was very professional and polite. It was a pleasure purchasing my Altima from her. She continued to help me after the sale regarding some questions I had regarding the vehicle. I would highly recommend her to a family member or friend regarding a vehicle purchase. Planet Nissan is lucky to have her as an employee.? more

I leased my Nissan Maxima at Planet Nissan, and my lease was up in December. I got a call from their lease manager, Gary and he told me about a special program that I was pre approved for. They didnt even have to run my credit (which was a relief, because I recently was laid off, and got behind on a few things), and they paid my last few payments! I walked out with a new Altima, and a lower payment! Im definitely happy!? more

I needed to have my Murano serviced, 30k check up, brakes, tire rotated, etc. So, I went online and sent a request to all 4 Nissan Dealerships, and Planet Nissan was the ONLY one to respond! So even though I live in Henderson, I drove all the way there to have my vehicle serviced. Amber was the woman who I spoke with, and she was wonderful, from the phone call, to close of my appointment!? more

I wanted the best price, I compared several places, they just happened to meet my deal, so I bought my 370z there. The dealership was very clean, and the staff seemd friendly enough.? more

I bought a car at Planet Nissan through the Costco Program, and it was an easy, hassle free experience! They had a good selection of cars to choose from, and they sold me the exact car I wanted, and didn't add tons of BS fees. I was in and out, I didn't have to waste my whole day there. I highly recommend both the Costco Auto Program and Planet Nissan.5 stars*****!? more

After much research on what car to purchase and many horrible experiences at a number of car dealerships, I decided to visit planet Nissan. Upon arrival, I was pleased at what I saw. I was not attacked as soon as my car came to a stop by 10 sales people that were sizing me up to determine if I can or will by a car from them. Instead, I was greeted by a very pleasant young man by the name of Tracey. I felt comfortable and as a welcomed guest immediately. I did not let my guard down completely though. Tracey was very patient with me and accomodating to my wants and needs. After I chose my vehicle, it was time for the negotiating. I was prepared to do battle with the "big bosses", but that was never an issue. I stated what I was willing to pay, and they shook my hand, said "Welcome to the Planet Nissan family!" and asked me to ring the bell in celebration of owning a new Nissan Murano. I couldn't believe it was so quick and easy... The paperwork was just the same, they explained everything to me, gave me all of my options, and I was done! I walked out to my beautiful new murano and was so happy I chose Planet Nissan! I have been back many times just to say hello and get some accessories and tint put on my new car and the Service department is just as wonderful!! I have recommended many people there and will continue to do so. I communicate with a number of people on a daily basis and am their biggest fan! And i love my new Murano!! Thank you Planet Nissan!!! more

I was looking for a car for my wife, she was interested in an Altima. Everything went very smooth - and I was impressed with the "no pressure" style Jesse handled us with (abnormal for a dealership). In fact, I went back the next week and purchased a used F150 I saw there during our 1st purchase. I needed a new work truck and they had a great selection. My sister and brother-in-law are buying a Sentra from Jesse because of the great customer service. I saved a lot of money compared to the prices at the ford dealers. I would buy there again. I read some other ratings on the dealership. It seems like the few upset customer commented... I had such a great one - I thought Id share. I highly recommend Planet Nissan.? more

I would have never guessed I would give a five star rating to a dealership, but the staff that helped me was so accommadting. The salesman answerd my question and knew what he has talking about (unlike any other of the sales people i had).When my lease is up I will get another car from Planet Nissan!!!? more

My Salesrep, Cowboy was by far the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with. His enthusiasm for the Nissan Altima was contagious. He went above and beyond my expectations. The Finance Manager, Cliff was a joy to be around. He made the paperwork a breeze and easily explained the whole process. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and this was the most positive experience! more
