On 11/8/10 I went to Planet Nissan to trade-in and purchase a used car. I ended up finding a used Armada and after negotiating a deal with them I agreed to certain terms and signed the contract. Two weeks later on 11/23 they called me and told me they couldn’t get my loan approved by the banks under the current terms, but they could raise the payment and get it approved. I told them I didn’t want to pay anymore for the truck so I would bring it back and get my car back from them. They said “no problem”! Well, of course when I went in to return the truck there were problems. The sales manager came in and after arguing with him to get my car back, he told me he would “force this deal thru” and that they had every right to change the terms! I asked for the bank info, because I didn’t even trust that he had an approval for the other terms and he wouldn’t give me the bank info or my car, I told him that I didn’t want to drive a car from a dealership of scammers and he said, “you aren’t going to refer us to anyone anyways so I might as well make money off of you” he walked out and told me to have a good day.
I was left there not knowing where we stood or what was going to happen. I still don’t know what is going to happen. I went to the DMV and filed an investigation, the DMV told me that they probably already sold my car and don’t want to give me the money for my car and that I have every right to know what bank they are using. I have filed a compliant with the Better Business Bureau and left bad reviews on every site I could find, I will be contacting the news today as well.
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!
I hate the fact that I had to even give them one star, they don't deserve anything!
