On 11/8/10 I went to Planet Nissan to trade-in and purchase a used car. I ended up finding a used Armada and after negotiating a deal with them I agreed to certain terms and signed the contract. Two weeks later on 11/23 they called me and told me they couldn’t get my loan approved by the banks under the current terms, but they could raise the payment and get it approved. I told them I didn’t want to pay anymore for the truck so I would bring it back and get my car back from them. They said “no problem”! Well, of course when I went in to return the truck there were problems. The sales manager came in and after arguing with him to get my car back, he told me he would “force this deal thru” and that they had every right to change the terms! I asked for the bank info, because I didn’t even trust that he had an approval for the other terms and he wouldn’t give me the bank info or my car, I told him that I didn’t want to drive a car from a dealership of scammers and he said, “you aren’t going to refer us to anyone anyways so I might as well make money off of you” he walked out and told me to have a good day. I was left there not knowing where we stood or what was going to happen. I still don’t know what is going to happen. I went to the DMV and filed an investigation, the DMV told me that they probably already sold my car and don’t want to give me the money for my car and that I have every right to know what bank they are using. I have filed a compliant with the Better Business Bureau and left bad reviews on every site I could find, I will be contacting the news today as well. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! I hate the fact that I had to even give them one star, they don't deserve anything! more

My sales consultant Robert, offered to pick me up from the airport when I flew in to buy the car, and was open to me flying in fairly late even though it would have meant he had to stay very late (past 10pm) to complete the deal. He was also open and honest about the negotiation. When I called him later with a paperwork problem he was helpful. more

I loved the concern with my happiness and satisfaction with choosing a vehichle. As well as the cost of the car and monthly payments fitting into my budget. Gina, my sales agent, went over my questions regarding the specs of the car and making sure it had what I wanted. Fred, finance agent, went over all of the paperwork in detail and answered additional questions that I had. more

I truly enjoy going to Planet Nissan for all of my automotive needs and will continue to shop Nissan and Planet Nissan in the future. I currently own a 2010 Titan and 2010 Cube and must say that they are excellent and I recommend them on a daily basis. Jimmy our salesperson was absolutely WONDERFUL, he was very concerned that we find the right car for us! He worked extra hard to get us financing and to make sure we were happy. Edwin our finance person was great, he made sure I understood everything and suggested an extended warranty due to how many miles I drive in a year.
