No pressure attitude for making the deal. It was actually a fun and easy exprience. My sister and I had a great time and laughed our heads off. My salesman went out of his way for me and was patient. My finance guy was a hoot and worked hard to get me the best financing. An unhappy customer will tell 25 people, a happy customer will tell 5, I plan to top that!!!! Thanks more

For the most part the buying experiance was superb. The guys at the dealership bent over backwards to make buying the truck possible. They worked with me on my trade in value, the down payment, and financing. Just couldn't ask for anything more more

Great Customer Service 2/2/2011

On Feb. 2nd while driving to work the brakes where making the grinding sound all the time. I called your service department and was given an appointment the same day. My service advisor was Cat. I explained the problem to Cat and she did some checking and found that there was a service bulletin issued for my model, but my VIN number was not in the range of cars affected. However, my car was exhibiting all the problems mentioned in the service bulletin. Cat spoke with someone in your service department and they contacted Nissan to see if they would authorize the suggested repair. Well, Nissan approved the repair and the brakes are perfect! This level of customer service is becoming more and more rare today. Everyone I dealt with at Planet Nissan could not have been more helpful and pleasant. I would especially like to thank Cat for her help. she went above and beyond what she was required to do and solved my problem. People like Cat are hard to find and I am glad she was there for me. I know that car dealers are often times disparaged, but all my dealings with your dealership have been very professional and positive. I need to mention that this is the first Nissan car I have ever purchased. I have owned Honda's for the past 20 years and also currently own a 2006 Acura RL. I have never experienced this level of service from Honda - not even from their premium brand Acura. I guess you could say the Nissan and Planet Nissan have earned a loyal customer. When it is time to replace one of my vehicles I will make your dealership my first (and probably my only) stop more

Amazing attitudes and personalities of all whom i dealt with. I contacted Patricia to discuss a vehicle avail online...she was more than willing to help and hold the Juke for me until i could fly out to purchase. Confirming everything i needed to know about the car regarding options, wants, needs and price. She made me feel confident dealing online. Very pleased when I arrived to get my car!! more

Tony(salesman) was extremely polite, and thorough in explaining the Altima's features. He also greeted me and escorted me to the receptionist when I received my green slip. Nissan Rogue 1/16/2011

I really liked the Rogue that I was looking at purchasing, but was also interested in another vehicle at a different dealership. The customer service is what sold me on the car. And after listening to what I wanted they found another model of the Rogue that I liked even better. If the customer service wasn't so exceptional I might be driving a Mazda right now. I researched Planet Nissian online and checked out the customer reviews. I got exactly what I read about in regards to great service in the internet sales dept. Mr Robert McNeil went out of his way to get us a car that we would be happy with and affordable to our budget. We can't say enough about him and his finance agent. After many attempts in other dealerships we were ready to give up until we came to Planet. more

I'm happy and satisfied the way they explain how could i trade in our car with the 0 interest. Before I was paying such high interest i though i would be stuck in the car forever! Its a good deal, I dont even have to make my first payment for 3 months! Thanks for sammy and Fred Motaman they did a good job. They explained all the paperwork and were even patient with me, bcuz I had so many questions. They already schedule my first oil change so i dont even have to worry about it. more

I was pretty surprised at how efficient their service department was. I used to go to the other nissan on the other side of town, but I recently moved closer to Planet nissan. When I was there, the service person was very nice and helpful in explaining to me what was wrong with my car. They even gave me a car to drive until my car was ready to pick up the next day. When I got my car back, not only was it fixed, but they also cleaned it for me too. more

Not typical 1/7/2011

I loved my buying experience at Planet! I called and told them the exact vehicle I was looking for and exactly what I wanted to pay, and they got it done. No back and forth BS, straight to buisness. They even brought the vehicle and paperwork to me, I didnt even have to come into the dealer. Then they exceeded my expectations, the next day my salesman called me to make sure I was comfortable with all the buttons and controld on my new car. Not your typical dealership, highly recommend. more
