On Feb. 2nd while driving to work the brakes where making the grinding sound all the time. I called your service department and was given an appointment the same day. My service advisor was Cat. I explained the problem to Cat and she did some checking and found that there was a service bulletin issued for my model, but my VIN number was not in the range of cars affected. However, my car was exhibiting all the problems mentioned in the service bulletin. Cat spoke with someone in your service department and they contacted Nissan to see if they would authorize the suggested repair.
Well, Nissan approved the repair and the brakes are perfect!
This level of customer service is becoming more and more rare today. Everyone I dealt with at Planet Nissan could not have been more helpful and pleasant. I would especially like to thank Cat for her help. she went above and beyond what she was required to do and solved my problem. People like Cat are hard to find and I am glad she was there for me.
I know that car dealers are often times disparaged, but all my dealings with your dealership have been very professional and positive. I need to mention that this is the first Nissan car I have ever purchased. I have owned Honda's for the past 20 years and also currently own a 2006 Acura RL. I have never experienced this level of service from Honda - not even from their premium brand Acura.
I guess you could say the Nissan and Planet Nissan have earned a loyal customer. When it is time to replace one of my vehicles I will make your dealership my first (and probably my only) stop
