I dont have the best credit, so when I called Planet Nissan, I did not get my hopes too high. About three weeks before I went to Planet, I bought a car at another dealership in town. I gave them $1000 of my money for down payment and thought that I had a new car. After a couple weeks they called me and told me that I need to put more money down or get someone to sign for me if I wanted to keep my car. I was pissed, so I just took them the car back. I really needed a car and I saw an add for bad credit, and I called Planet nissan. I explained what happened, and told them that I did not want the same thing to happen again. The lady I spoke to told me to fill out the credit application online, and that they will see if they could get me financing. They called me back and told me that I was approved and to come in and look at some cars. They had a lot of cars and found a car that I really liked! Their selection was really good. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and helpful, even the Managers. I also sent my best friend there, and she bought a new Altima, and was very happy too! If you are like me, and do not like the "car buying process" I would recommend to go to Planet Nissan, they are not the typical salepeople.
