CARSTAR Northwest

I had an accident and it wasn't my fault. I was told by my insurance to take my car into any shop on their list. We chose Northwest CARSTAR Body Shop because we had used them before several times and they were convenient to our location. We had appreciated their work and their service. Trees fell on the roof on a car of ours so they had to fix that twice for us. During our most recent visit, our brand new car was damaged while it was harmlessly parked. It wasn't even licensed yet. We needed a like-new appearance and we were happy with the final results. We needed a body shop and I think we got the best with Northwest CARSTAR! more

I've been to Northwest CARSTAR Body Shop three times now! I've done the same thing to my car three times! The first time, I went on a referral. The second time it was because they did a good job for me the first time, so why not go back? This third time, there was no question about where I would go, they now know my car intimately! This latest time I had to get a rental car. They were trying to finish the work so I wouldn't have to pay extra. They fixed it in a day! Also, after having to order a bumper for me each time, they now stock it now! I just think they are so wonderful and do such a terrific job every time. Plus, they are friendly, nice and honest! more

I was very impressed with the service I received at Northwest Carstar. They were very efficient, and had great interpersonal communication. The receptionist was very friendly, as well. When I dropped off my car, they had a rental ready for me to take away. They did a great job repairing the front end damage I sustained in an accident, and when the work was complete, the car looked just as it had before. This was my third time using Northwest CARSTAR Body Shop. It was an insurance claim from a lady who backed into my car. They replaced the front clip and front bumper of the vehicle. They are always good about letting me know if something comes up by giving me a call. They needed to keep my car an extra day because they ended up needing to order something else. They got the rental car time extended and everything lined up before they even gave me a call, and I was still called plenty ahead of time. Their communication is good. The work is always done on time and like it is supposed to be done. I have used them three times, I will continue to go there. They tell you what they are doing, how they are doing it, and when it will be done, then they deliver. more

I went into Northwest CARSTAR Body Shop not knowing just how much damage there was to my car. They took it apart for me and discovered more damage. They contacted the insurance company to make sure they were going to cover everything. They even took care of getting me a rental. Really, I didn't have to worry about a thing, they took care of it all. more

Northwest CARSTAR Body Shop did some paintless dent repair for me after a hail storm. After they got the dents out we decided to paint the car. It was my first time using them. The car looks good, and I don't have any complaints. They did nick the bumper a little bit, but that was fixed. They did a great job, and I have recommended a few friends to go down there. They take care of everybody, and I have never heard anyone being unsatisfied. more

We called our insurance company and explained everything to them about the hail damage. They told us to go to CARSTAR. We called CARSTAR and they gave us almost an immediate appointment set for within days. During the appointment, they checked it out, gave us an estimate, and then during the work they fixed it in a shorter amount of time than they expected it to be. I took my car into Northwest CARSTAR Body Shop and they gave me an estimate right then and there. They took care of all of the communication with my insurance company so I didn't have to. They would have arranged for me to have a loner too, but I already had taken care of that so it wasn't necessary. The repairs were done in a timely manner. My car came out beautifully. Our daughter had an accident coming home from college, and we had dealt with Northwest CARSTAR Body Shop before, so we called them. It was late at night and the car was not drivable, so we had to have it towed. They were familiar with us and they were familiar with our insurance, so things went smoothly. They were able to get us a rental car because the amount of work that needed done was substantial. They told us they would have the car done on Monday, but we called and asked if there was anyway we could get it a day early. So, they actually worked late into Saturday night to get the car back to us Sunday. And, everything turned out beautifully. You would never know the car had suffered so much damage to the front end. We have used them several times before and we would not go back if they were not good. We mostly work with Pete, and he has been super. They always do a good job. more

This was our first time using Northwest CARSTAR Body Shop. We had them replace the entire door on our car. They were very good about bringing it back to us because we had no way to get it. They were very good to work with, and they seem to have done a good job. The car looks fine. more
