I had an accident and it wasn't my fault. I was told by my insurance to take my car into any shop on their list. We chose Northwest CARSTAR Body Shop because we had used them before several times and they were convenient to our location. We had appreciated their work and their service. Trees fell on the roof on a car of ours so they had to fix that twice for us. During our most recent visit, our brand new car was damaged while it was harmlessly parked. It wasn't even licensed yet. We needed a like-new appearance and we were happy with the final results. We needed a body shop and I think we got the best with Northwest CARSTAR!
