Our daughter had an accident coming home from college, and we had dealt with Northwest CARSTAR Body Shop before, so we called them. It was late at night and the car was not drivable, so we had to have it towed. They were familiar with us and they were familiar with our insurance, so things went smoothly. They were able to get us a rental car because the amount of work that needed done was substantial.
They told us they would have the car done on Monday, but we called and asked if there was anyway we could get it a day early. So, they actually worked late into Saturday night to get the car back to us Sunday. And, everything turned out beautifully. You would never know the car had suffered so much damage to the front end.
We have used them several times before and we would not go back if they were not good. We mostly work with Pete, and he has been super. They always do a good job.
