Northwest CARSTAR Body Shop did body work like repairs on my vehicle. Everything from getting the estimate, scheduling the work, and getting the work done exceeded my expectations. Everything was done efficiently and they were on top of their business. more

The first time I ever used Northwest CARSTAR Body Shop, I got a quote from the best known car company in town and then I got a quote from Carstar because the other place seemed a little high. Carstar did an amazingly good job for much less money. I'm also very picky and they were very patient in working with me. more

Excellent service. My passenger side window wouldn't roll up (mind you it's January), they took the door apart and got the window up on the spot and did not charge me. It took them about ten minutes so I was able to do it on my lunch break and get back to work on time. Other shops were not helpful. Carstar also has a very nice secretary that is very accomodating. Also the building and waiting area are much nicer than most shops. more

I was in an accident, so I went to Northwest CARSTAR Body Shop for the repair. They dealt with my insurance company and helped me with the rental car process. Everything happened so fast. I just dropped of my car, and they called me four days later (including Christmas) to let me know it was ready. I didn't expect them to call me until the following week, so it was a nice surprise to get it back so soon. They were very helpful, quick, and professional. They made the entire process very painless for me. I would recommend their services. more

My time at Northwest CARSTAR was really good all the way around. I've known Pete for a long time. I recently had to have some work done on a left bumper that had a big dent in it. They had to repair that whole thing. He really took care of me, and they all did a nice job. more

Northwest CARSTAR Body Shop is a world class auto body repair shop. Not only did they do a fantastic job on my 2007 Honda Accord EXL w/Navi, but their customer service is unparalleled. Travis Mendlik is simply the best. He is kind, considerate, patient, and understanding. Most importantly he is on your side. Most auto body shops try to squeeze every dime from you. That's not the case with these guys. They do everything they can to help you fix your car and get you back on the road. My car was severely damaged in a messy hail storm. I took my car to Travis and his crew, and they finalized an estimate and started repairs. Thanks guys and thank you Travis for your awesome customer service and support! My car really looks brand new again. I couldn't see where they made the repairs and I really looked. They are incredible and worked with me to get the best possible price, and he touched up every single ding and nick there was! Let's face it, no one wants to have to go to an auto body shop - but if you need one, Northwest CARSTAR Body Shop can't be beat. BTW - my car looks brand spanking new! I've had three vehicles worked on at Northwest CARSTAR Body Shop. All of them had suffered deer damage on the front end. When I drove off the lot they looked brand new again. I've been going there for probably seven or eight years. They give me about the best value for what I'm getting done to the vehicle. I've gone and gotten bids from other places and I thought they were outrageous for what was getting done. Northwest CARSTAR does good work. I would highly recommend them for body work dealing with damage. more

We again had a great experience here at Northwest CARSTAR! Teri and Travis did an awesome job of keeping us informed the entire time. I can appreciate that and I have to say, the services and communication were way above and beyond what I expected (not that this is the norm nor did I expect, but since it was pretty busy and it was going to take longer, they picked up the remaining days on the rental). I was very impressed the whole way through and when it was all said and done, our van is like brand new inside and out. Not only did they fix it, but they did a great job of making it feel like it was a new ride again! Got that swagger wagon back! Thank you Northwest Carstar! more

They called me the week of the 15th to tell me the truck was going to be ready. I told them I would fly back to pick it up on the 20th. They closed early. I showed up early on the 22nd and the car looked worse than when I dropped it off five weeks prior. I told the guy it had been more than a month and his response was that they have cars on their lot that had been there for 3 months. They said it would be ready at 5pm. I go back at 5pm and the door locks are not working properly, the steering wheel will not go up, the air bags need to be recharged and they did not fix the radio/CD. Someone ran into my car and Progressive had these guys down as one of their preferred shops. more

I had them do a repair of hail damage. The work was done on time and to my satisfaction. I had used them three or four times in the past, they do great work. more

Northwest CARSTAR Body Shop has worked with me twice. They did a really good job, and they repaired my van when the back-end got smashed. They put a new tailgate on and a bit of the corner has begun to rust so I am going to have them touch it up or paint it. Other than that, they have done a wonderful job on my vehicle! more

Someone hit my daughter's car twice and it was convenient using Northwest CARSTAR Body Shop for the repairs. They had a rental car waiting for us! They were very efficient, and they even got the car done a couple days before they had projected. They literally brought us the rental car and didn't have us have to return it or anything. Very easy process. more

Northwest CARSTAR Body Shop's work was average. The quality of the paint job was average. There were a few defects, but they were no big deal. more
