We again had a great experience here at Northwest CARSTAR! Teri and Travis did an awesome job of keeping us informed the entire time. I can appreciate that and I have to say, the services and communication were way above and beyond what I expected (not that this is the norm nor did I expect, but since it was pretty busy and it was going to take longer, they picked up the remaining days on the rental). I was very impressed the whole way through and when it was all said and done, our van is like brand new inside and out. Not only did they fix it, but they did a great job of making it feel like it was a new ride again! Got that swagger wagon back! Thank you Northwest Carstar!
