Excellent service. My passenger side window wouldn't roll up (mind you it's January), they took the door apart and got the window up on the spot and did not charge me. It took them about ten minutes so I was able to do it on my lunch break and get back to work on time. Other shops were not helpful. Carstar also has a very nice secretary that is very accomodating. Also the building and waiting area are much nicer than most shops.
