I would not be so sure that all of the great (there are a few bad) reviews are legit. This place doesn't even have an answering machine. That alone is bad customer service.

What a great experience!!! Everything was like clockwork and there was no guessing about what or when things would happen. They valued the customer and the customer's time. One of the extra bonuses was having the ability to track the progress online. From assessment of the car to completion of the job the staff of professionals at Bodyworks delivered everything that was promised and more. It was wonderful having a job done to perfection. My Lexus looked brand new when I picked it up and I have received so many comments from people thinking I had gotten a new car. If your car needs repair this is the place. Thanks to Dave and the entire team who worked together like a well oiled machine. more

I have used Bodyworks for 3 separate repairs on my 2004 Honda Accord. My car looks brand new and the paint matches perfectly! Bodyworks provides great service - timely, communicative, friendly and clean! I will continue to bring my service to Bodyworks in the future if needed. I trust their work. You should as well! more

Bodyworks is Tops 3/5/2013

I'm sure lucky that my insurance company suggested I take my Acura to Bodyworks for substantial collision repair. Their shop is immaculate and their staff is friendly, responsive and articulate - AND they did such a great job on my car, I feel like I did when I first bought it! Thanks Bodyworks! more

I am very satisfied with the service I received at Bodyworks! I experienced excellent customer service and the work was accomplished in a very timely manner! The result was that my bumper looked as good as new! I would definitely return for more work on my car to Bodyworks. I will definitely recommend Bodyworks to my friends! more

Excellent service and good result 1/16/2013

In October, Bodyworks fixed damage to my car from an accident. They did a great job. The damaged side looked new. They also did a great job fixing a water leak to my car. more

After trying three auto body shops in the area, I found BodyWorks. I had such a good experience last time that I went to them this time. They are very professional; their work is thorough and of the highest quality; they stay in contact with me all along the way; I felt that they truly cared about ME! I hope there is not a "next time", but if there is, I won't hesitate to return to BodyWorks. more

Bodyworks repaired/rebuilt 3 cars that my family or I had wreaked. The repair that Bodyworks performed was so good that all 3 vehicles looked better than when I bought them new off the show room floor. more

I've been there 3 times and I keep going back. I keep getting hit in my car. The first time I went there was about 2 years ago. They did a fantastic job. They were upfront about costs, and it was an easy process in terms of getting a rental car, and dropping car off. They have a system with Enterprise that makes it easy for me as a customer. You can even watch the progress of your vehicle online. Any time I've gotten back in an accident since then I've gone back. They are nice, courteous, and professional. more

Not only was my car ready sooner than I anticipated, they did a thorough job. Dave kept me informed, did a great job of explaining the work that was performed and even coordinated my rental car with Enterprise. Being able to see my car online as repairs were being processed is a pretty cool feature as well. more

Everybody from the receptionist to the people who look at the car to the people who fix it, everyone was just first caliber. Absolutely. My back bumper and left rear taillight section on my Kia were totally smashed out, and the work they did turned out excellent. more
