I would not be so sure that all of the great (there are a few bad) reviews are legit. This place doesn't even have an answering machine. That alone is bad customer service.

I'm extremely pleased with the work done by Body Works Auto Rebuild. After being damaged in an accident, my 11 year old Celica came back looking like new. The car looks great, the paperwork was smooth, and my car came back ahead of schedule. more

Speedy Service and Friendly Staff 4/18/2011

I hit a tree and caused massive damage to the rear of my car. I was quoted three weeks of work but they finished it in two. When my fob could no longer open the trunk they spent an extra day to fix it and make sure that my car was in the same condition as before I hit the tree. All the staff that I dealt with was very friendly and accommodating. more

Bodyworks Auto Rebuild is professional and efficient. 4/6/2011

We were in a fender bender, so our insurance company, Progressive, recommended Bodyworks Auto Rebuild because they were on the preferred bodywork shop. We were definitely pleased with the finished product. It was a brand new car, so I had hoped they could restore as much of the value as possible. They certainly got it on level and we're very happy. more

Consistently great results, great service, great value 3/16/2011

Through a series of unfortunate incidents I've gotten to know the team at Bodyworks pretty well over the last three or four years. I have not had one bad experience. Their communication is excellent, prices are reasonable, and the quality of the work is outstanding. They have helped me with a particulary tricky repair that has required some follow up but they stand by their work and they do it with a smile. I would not hesitate to recommend them. more

Excellent work; took 5 days to get the work done. 3/14/2011

I was very satisified with the work done at Bodyworks. However, it took 5 days to complete the work to my back bumper and hatch door. Fortunately, I have an extra car to drive, so it wasn't an inconvenience for me, although for many people the time factor might be very important. We have had work done several times at Bodyworks and I would gladly return if necessary. more

Excellent service and friendly staff! 2/14/2011

My brand new vehicle was rear-ended and I wasnt aware the insurance company estimated the repair based on reconditioned part. But BodyWorks staff quickly negotiated and used brand new factory part and my car came back like a brand new again. I was very pleased about their quality of work. more

Professional and pleasant, great work, and done earlier than predicted! 2/9/2011

New to Bodyworks, I went there because it is the preferred provider for the insurance company (Progressive) of the person who backed into my car. Everything was handled incredibly efficiently and professionally. I was given an immediate estimate of work, charges, and time frame, and received a call later that afternoon to let me know of some other damage they found after removing the panel. A day earlier than they had forecast I received a call that my car was ready for pick up! The work done was exacting, and the paint job above and beyond expectations! They are to be commended, and recommended. more

Replacing My Front Bumper 12/23/2010

Had a good experience here when I had provided my vehicle for replacing my front bumber which was damaged due to a minor fender bender. The estimates provided were accurate and matched with the work done. Did have a delay of 1 day in getting my vehicle back, but that seemed to be like a genuine issue of paint not drying up. Other than that, I had a pretty amazing experience. Staff here is very friendly and helping. more

they worked well with me to obtain what was needed for my insurance coverage. my car was inspected as to the damage, the repairs were explained throughly, and a date certain when the work would be completed, and as it turned out, the work was completed ahead of time. the quality of the work was excellance and the people were very polite and knowledgeable. more

Largely, things have been pretty good. I have been to Bodyworks Auto Rebuild twice for insurance-related repairs in the past, but this last time I went in for a weird issue with my brake lights, which I thought was related to other repairs they had done. It turns out the brake light problem was not related to repair work they had done, but they proceeded to work on them anyway. I ended up having to take my car back because there was still a problem with the lights. That was a little bit of a hassle, but they took care of everything. By in large, they have very good. They were very professional and they took care of the problems I found. more
