I would not be so sure that all of the great (there are a few bad) reviews are legit. This place doesn't even have an answering machine. That alone is bad customer service.

I had a very positive experience using Bodyworks Auto Rebuild. At the time I went there to get an estimate, my front door would not open easily, and even though they did not know for sure that they would get my business, they adjusted my fender to make the front door open more easily. That is the reason I decided to use them. I had 3 estimates but they were the most customer focused. They went above and beyond. more

Excellent customer service. 9/3/2010

I am an old customer of Bodyworks Auto Rebuild. I had used them about 15 years ago, and I remembered their work, so I came back. The car looks good, like it is brand new. They really take care of the customer. When I picked up the car I realized that one of the back lights was burnt out. I brought the car back, just to ask them to look at it, and see what was going on. They told me the light was burnt out and replaced it for free. Bodyworks is a good company that takes care of their customers. more

I very much enjoy doing Business with body works it just has that warm family type enviorment that makes you feel at ease when you turn your vehicle over to them. I know im always in good hands and would recomend everyone i know to take there vehicle there, Kudos to my "other" family at body works. more

I thought dealing with Bodyworks Auto Rebuild was easy. They were extremely helpful. They were great about communicating and estimating appropriate expectations and timeline, and then meeting it. They were also great at keeping me informed along the way. I was struck by another driver, and their insurance gave me a few places where I could go to get an estimate. One of the choices was Bodyworks. Based on the convenience of their location and my initial impression I decided to use them. They were friendly, cooperative and followed up on the estimate. They kept me informed along the way. more
