I would not be so sure that all of the great (there are a few bad) reviews are legit. This place doesn't even have an answering machine. That alone is bad customer service.

Excellent service and workmanship 9/22/2011

I took my Prius in for a repair to the driver's side front bumper after denting and scraping it while backing out of my garage. I felt horrible about doing such a stupid thing, but Bodyworks Auto Rebuild made it all better and made me feel better too. They gave me an estimate the very next day, and I had the work done a week later. Dave was great about explaining how they would repair it, so I had no worries about it. He even made me aware of a very nice discount through my husband's work that I didn't know about! When I picked up my car, it looked better than new! I actually got compliments about how good it looked from people that didn't know it had just been repaired. Bodyworks Auto Rebuild made the entire process very easy. Dave and Caitlin were a pleasure to work with, and I will not hesitate to call them again the next time I need work done on my car. I really am so happy with the entire experience -- they made a stressful event quite pleasant. more

Overall, my experience with Bodyworks Auto Rebuild was really good. I have no complaints. They were very helpful with sorting out a few issues with the insurance company that came up. I'd definitely use them again and would recommend them to others. more

A great experience! 9/20/2011

After an unpleasant car accident I went into Bodyworks for an estimate. Everyone in the office was polite and very welcoming. Dave performed my estimate quickly and thoroughly. He explained what worked need to be done and how long the work would take. Throughout the process, Dave kept me informed on the progress. By the end, my car looked as good as new! I really appreciated Dave's help as well as the whole Bodyworks team! I will definitely go back as well as recommend them to anyone! more

I first went into Bodyworks Auto Rebuild Inc. because of an insurance claim after someone rearended me. They were able to get the job done just fine. The only complaint is that my car came out a little later than promised, but only by a couple of days. Bodyworks Auto Rebuild Inc. has good service and I don't have a problem with their company. I have used them twice since. It has been a very painless experience with Bodyworks Auto Rebuild. more

Bodyworks did a wonderful job repairing my car. I was amazed at how easy the whole process was. Not only did they do a great job repairing my car, but it was completed in just a few days and when I picked up my car it had been cleaned inside and out! I would recommend Bodyworks to anyone who has to have body work done on their car. more

Great Service! 7/25/2011

Bodyworks fixed the rear bumper of my 4Runner in 2 days. They were ready for me 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. They had a rental car ready for me and when I picked up the car everything looked just like new! Everyone was friendly and it was nice that they had soda, coffee, etc. available for customers while you wait. It was a very easy pain-free process. more
