My husband and I used online reviews to find Susanna Storm, and it has been a great experience---her professionalism and especially her technological know-how and up to date equipment far surpassed our first audiologist. She is a woman of heart and makes a genuine connection with both of us. Her staff is competent, helpful on the phone and in person, and cheery to be around. Though the cost is greater than our previous situation, I wouldn't trade for the trust and quality of care we have now.
