Mr. Harrelson was willing to answer our many questions and made excellent suggestions. The roofing crew arrived on schedule and promptly began the work. They are a great team of experienced roofers. We now have a top quality roof at a fair price. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward. I would gladly recommend Best Roofing to anyone needing a new roof. more

Professional Quick Knowedgeable 2/17/2012

Estimator came out and explained the whole process from A-Z. Told me more about roofing that the other four companies combined (one just stuck an estimate in the door when he was through. Best Roofing wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive, but by far the most knowlegeable and professional. Had the job completed in 1 1/2 day. Clean-up was great. more

Best Roofing was recommended to me by my neighbor, who had his roof replaced just weeks before my job. Mr Harrelson was very knowledgeable and professional in providing the estimate for my new shingles. I appreciated the time he took in explaining everything that may or may not be required for my job. His estimate was in line with a previous estimate, and I feel I got great service and product for the money.I thought the crew was diligent and did a great job cleaning up afterward. I am happy to recommend this business to anyone needing a quality roofer. more

Great job at a good price 1/8/2012

We are very pleased with our replacement roof installed by Best Roofing. Don was very knowledgeable and his crew was professional and courteous. I went up on the completed roof to inspect their handiwork and everything was neat and tight. I highly recommend Best Roofing of Virginia. more

Great Service. 12/10/2011

This the second home in two years that Best Roofing of Virginia has done. In 2010 they installed a GAF Cool Tech Roof (Energy Star Rated)and in 2011 Installed a GAF Timberline roof on a rental property. Could not be happier with both homes. more

Affordable, Professional, and Quick 11/8/2011

Their estimator knew more about roofing, waterproofing and warranties than all of the other three companies combined that I had come by. They weren't the least expensive, but I felt more confident letting them handle my job. They were in and out in a day-and-a-half once the job got started ( had a large 5000 square foot roof). Will recomend them to my neighbors whole-heartedly more

Good work, quick and clean 11/1/2011

We are very happy with our roof, looks good and most importantly sound. Best Roofing offered us many choices at a good price. We have kids and were especially concerned about clean up. No worries, they did a great job. Very happy, would recommend Best Roofing to anyone considering a new roof. more

The guys were on time,professional, They tore off 2 layers of roofing and completed the whole roof in one day.Very neat cleaned up everything including any nails that might have falling in the yard. Excellent!!! Would tell everyone to use this company!!!! more

Outstanding work. 8/17/2011

Don came out and discussed what I needed in a roof. I liked everything he had to say. His crew was amazing. They got the old roof off and the new on in a day. My neighbors watched from and asked who did the job. They were as impressed with the workmanship and cleanup! I highly recommend Best Roofing. When you choose Best, you get a great product with great service. more

Hard-working, friendly and very helpful. 6/24/2011

The owner of Best Roofing of Virginia, Don, was awesome! He's very informative. The only reason for the 4's, is because I felt there was a little bit of communication break down with the crew. There were a couple of times I tried to talk to them and we had difficulty understanding each other due to the language barrier. Although the crew was professional, very helpful and friendly, it would have been nice to have been able to speak to them without as many hand gestures. Mr. Harrelson gave made a thorough and professional estimate visit. He presented my options clearly and educated me on the processes use by Best Roofing. His estimate was clear and value priced. He called and told me when his crews would deliver and begin work. The crews arrived on time, worked dilligently, completed the work expeditiously. The clean up was exceptionally thorough. The workers were courteous and professional and Mr Harrelson made several visits to monitor progress and examine the finished project. Professional company gives quality workmanship for a good price. 6/9/2011

Best Roofing Virginia was a great company to work with. I received multiple quotes all within the same price range, Don beat them all with not only the final price, but with trade knowledge as well. I got my roof installed by an experienced certified "GAF Master Elite" contractor for a great price! The crew that accomplished the work completed the installation in one day, clean up was thorough and accomplished the next morning. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have their roof repaired or replaced. more

More than my money's worth 5/29/2011

I had four contractors come out to look at re-roofing my house. The fellow who camme out from Best Roofing (Don) know more than the other three combined. Although they weren't the lowest price, I felt what he explained to me was a much better value. Job went on smoothly and they were finished in a day. Clean up was exceptional. more

I had a good experience with Best Roofing of Virginia. They came in and took care of it in one day, and they cleaned up real good as well, which is really important to us as we have small children. It was a very easy process, which I have found is not usually the case when working with contractors. more

Best Roofing of Virginia is professional and have great attention to details. 5/25/2011

My experience with Best Roofing of Virginia was really good. The people that came out were very professional. I had to have a complete tear off and redo job. These guys definitely knew what they were doing. I did a couple of better quotes, but I felt like Don's company was more knowledgeable about what needed to be done. They noticed things and that made a difference to me. Like I had one guy out who told me I didn't need new flashing, even though I knew I did need it. Fast, Neat, Affordable 5/23/2011

Their estimator came out and spent several hours explaining the roofing process with me and offering me options. Although they were higher than another estimate I had gotten, I felt they were giving me a better, more professional value. Job was done a week later and exceded my expectations. Basically, two guys came out from Best Roofing of Virginia. They had the roof off, all of the sheeting off and everything, and the put the whole backside up, complete with shingles in the same day. The next day they came out to finish the front. Everything was nice and neat. They cleaned up after themselves, and they were really good. They were real nice and friendly, and they did good work on the roof. I highly recommend them. more
