Very nice experience 12/24/2008

My toyota corolla was damaged from behind. This was the first time I was involved in an accident.\r I took it to B2 Perfection for initial estimate. I met David, he explained me the whole process while inspecting the car. He gave me the confidence which I needed. There is no doubt that these guys are highly professional and they clearly understand each and every aspect of this entire business. Now, I decided to leave my car here for repair. David kept me updated about the progress until the car was finally ready. And when I went to pickup my car, to my astonishment, it looked like totally new car.. \r I had read from the reviews that these people not only repair the damage caused by the accident but they also repair any other scratches , so they do extra work.. I had not believed this when I read it. But when I saw my own car, I really experienced what was written in reviews. They had not only fixed the rear-end damage, but also repaired the side scratches and cleaned the car in and out. So it looked totally new. I highly highly recommend this shop!! more

Fast and friendly service 12/22/2008

I regret to say I have been to B2Perfection twice this year. Both times I was not at fault, but working with B2Perfection save some stress off of me. Even their recommended Car Rental (Sunnyvale Enterprise), was accommodating, such that they gave me a couple of days to have the other insurance party pick-up the bill before they charged me. \r \r The first time I had my Honda Accord fixed I noticed the paint peeling off after about a week at home and thought they place is like all the other places I had my car fixed at, but I was wrong. They took it back, rented me a car and fixed it all at no cost to me. They are better than my insurance company (State Farm), such that they are quicker in providing the service I needed. I had to drive a week around in my car with a broken bumper. If Brad (the owner) did not pop it back into place it would have fell off. \r \r I am still working with my Insurance to get all my bills paid, but at least my car is fixed.\r \r You goto trust them, I saw that a AAA insurance guy getting a quote from them. Outstanding repair work on my 2008 Mini Cooper 11/25/2008

I couldn't be more please with the repairs. I knew I was at the right place when I saw other Mini's being repaired here. I have always relied on AAA approved body shops for the repairs. This time, however, I choose B2 Perfection Auto Body based on the enthusiastic recommendation by a friend. I was not disappointed. \r \r B2 Perfection waiting room is beautiful with the large fish tank built into the wall, and the friendly knowledgeable staff that help me with my insurance company and made it simple. \r \r It did take a week longer than first quoted, something about extra damage to suspension and taking it to the dealer for alignment. \r \r The before and after of the repairs is amazing (Brad sent me updates & photos by email), now looks and drives new again. \r \r I can't thank my friend enough for recommending this place. more

Our 2007 Camry's driver side fender and bumper were damaged in an accident. We realized after the incident that there was a two day lapse in insurance coverage - so cost was important. Got quotes from the dealer (replace everything - 3k) and couple of small body shops (repair, repaint, blend: 30% of dealer quote). We got referred to B2 by a friend who was very happy with his past experience. Took our car over to B2 and Blake understood our situation and advised on the best and cheapest way to get it fixed. They delivered on time and we were pleasantly surprised looking at the outcome - Perfect repair of bumper, excellent color matching (no need to blend hood and doors), spare paint in a bottle, written lifetime guarantee on paint and body work, free detailing, free waxing, fixed the scratches on rear door for free! And the big one - total cost less than 1k! Take my word - these are the best guys in town for auto body work. Pros: Pls see review Cons: None more

B2 Perfection is very Honest, Trusted and Excelent Auto Body shop 11/2/2008

B2 Perfection is the best Auto Body shop in town. My 2007 Camry front bumper was badly damaged with numerous scratches. I took in my car to B2 Perfection for an estimate one Saturday morning and the owner Mr. Brad was so professional and generous that he not only fixed my car to it's original factory perfect condition, he also did it for FREE of charge on the same day. For the same repair other Auto Body shops were quoting me a very price. Mr. Brad and all his staff is very professional, courteous and honest. They explained me every thing about the damage and how the repair will be performed. I highly recommend B2 Perfection for there exceptionally great service and excellent talent in fixing any kind of body damage and restoring to it's original condition. \r \r Pros : Excellent professional service and best / very nominal price. Brad and the team are the very best in auto body service and repair. Brad really wants your business and it is obvious in his top of the line customer service, auto body repair perfection, and significant cost savings! \r \r I drove the front bumper of my parent's car over a cement-parking block and there was also stone damage over the complete front end of my car from getting caught behind a big truck dropping stones. Brad help me with both damages, dealing with my insurance company, and that he would have my car looking brand new. \r \r Brad exceeded all of my expectations, including the very best customer service that I have ever received! \r \r I am a graduate student with an internship. I have a tight schedule and an equally tight budget. My car (Prius) had a severe dent in the front fender, with a lot of paint transfer. Tim, our estimator, gave us several options, including replacement or repair of the old bumper. We chose repair (for half the price of\r replacement) and I was very impressed with the result. The job was done ahead of schedule, and unless you look carefully you would never be able to tell anything ever happened. The surface of the bumper is shiny and smooth.\r \r These guys are real perfectionists - not only did they stay late to get the job done, but they even cleaned the car, inside and out. I asked about some rock scrapes (unrelated to the bumper), and they not only gave me a small container of touch-up paint, but demonstrated how to use it by touching up the scrapes, for free!\r \r Tim or Brad were both friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, but the receptionist did not seem particularly interested in helping and gave us some bad info. Trusted Auto body Shop - start with "B2" 3/3/2008

I had an Avalon 2007 and this car was really damage after an accident, everything in the front , side, hood, it look terrible.\r One more thing the car can be claimed as total loss was the engine, but turned out the engine was fined.\r Now since this car only 7k miles, I had one set in mind if the shop not able brought back to the original look and performance, I will sale the car and buy another one.\r \r After visit several shop, check on Internet and talk to them and I make a decision to go with B2, why ?\r - After met Brad, all people had the review is very true as I was inspected by talking to him and exchanged information.\r He gave me the need and don't need to repair.\r \r After the car completed I was very happy with the repaired.\r - The job was done at reasonable time for the big repair.\r - The car look very good more than I though :)\r - The paint color look very matched and smooth.\r - He has a good personality, easy to talk with, update every move with photos as on the way to comp more

They are perfection! 2/11/2008

I have had occasion to take my car to B2 Perfection Auto Body 3 times in the last 3 yearsand each time I marvel at the beautiful and amazing results. The car is returned to me in a very timely manner, looking brand new. Brad is terrific to work with, and the entire crew, from the front office to the shop is friendly and very professional. I can't recommend them highly enough. more
