Excellent Service 5 Star 7/9/2007

My car Nissan 2000 was involved in a collission. It was pretty badly wrecked. They made a difficult situation as pleasant as possible. Very detailed and kept me in the loop. No suprising costs in the end and they worked with my insurance.They delivered my car on time. It now looks like a new car. The service was excellent I would definately recomend them for any one who is looking for a good body shop. more

Best Body Shop in Sunnyvale 6/20/2007

Oops, I backed into my assistants car... I thought it was a minor bump. My truck had no damage but hers was messed up. Brad understood the problem I had. He quickly did the repair job. He made the car look better than before I ran into it. The big joke around the office is that everyone wants me to back into their car so Brad will have to fix heir car. He was fast, clean, polite, professional and made a bad situation not so bad. He gets all my repair work!! To bad they do not do plumbing... Pros: cool fish tank in the lobby, customer comes first, wants you to be satisfied Cons: none more

Another Great Experience at P2 Perfection 6/18/2007

Another great experience at B2 Perfection Auto Body shop. Beside trees spraying my Black BMW like a dog fire hydrant, the birds starting targeting my car as a good spot going to the bathroom. It?s like a practical joke on me my car became as a big bulls-eye. But I wasn?t laughing because whatever they eat it would oxidize my car and no solution would take it off.\r \r To my delight no problem for B2 Perfection Auto Body shop. They took everything off and my car again became sparkling clean. Again, I want to thank the whole crew and especially Brad Trost. Whatever problem I have concerning my car they take a good care of it. I really recommend B2 Perfection Auto Body Shop, they will take your worries away and make you smile again. Best automobile repair, professional and great service 6/15/2007

I am very impressed their professional handling of my van repair. They arranged insurance claim, car rental and other procedures very well. Not only my van is restored to perfect condition, it was a pleasant surprise to find that my car got a meticulous detailing as well. Their paint job, especially color matching is done excellently. The staffs are nice and professional, very easy to work with. This is my best automobile repair experience. I highly recommend this bodyshop for their great, nice & professional service. Pros: Nice, professional service Cons: Nothing more

EXCELLENT BODY SHOP 5/29/2007

B2 Perfection is the best in the Bay Area. I've had 2 other vehicles worked on in the Bay Area and both times I've ran into issues with the customer service and also the quality work. B2 Perfection had professional customer service and the work was excellent! My SUV was badly damaged in the front from an accident and B2 Perfections made it look better then the day I purchased it. The intense detail and workmanship is unbelievable. Both Brad the owner and Blake the shop manager was so easy to work with. They continually kept me updated what was going on with my vehicle and not once missed one of my calls. They even got my SUV back to me in a timely matter which was much appreciated. Thanks B2 Perfection for the great experience! I look forward in working with you on my next project my 1969 CHEVY NOVA! more

I just picked up my BMW328 at B2 Perfection Auto body shop and I was amazed what a wonderful job they have done. My car looked like I just bought a brand new car and it rolled off a dealership floor. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with every detail. Especially I want to thank the owner Brad Frost who would even go out of his way to do the job right and make customer happy. This is the go-to body shop!! 5/23/2007

I recently had my 2003 Nissan Altima repaired at this shop and I have got to say that they did an excellent job. I chose this shop because my first visit there I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the offices and the body shop is huge and the office staff was very helpful and friendly. My car was done the day the manager told me it would be done. When I picked up my car is was sparkling clean. I didn't expect that they were going to give my car such a beautiful detail. It looked brand new. I also received a Lifetime Guarantee against defects in workmanship and materials for as long as I own my car. I am definetly coming to this shop for any future body work needs. more

I am new to Silicon Valley (Just moved in last month). Met with a minor accident at Alma Street in Palo Alto. Had a broken front grill above the bumper. After calling a small network of acquaintances got referred to B2. Should say that I might not be trying anyone else for my car-related repairs as long as I live around Silicon Valley. \r \r I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. B2 went far ahead to ensure that I am happy with all the repairs. They helped me save cost and also cleaned up my car from inside. \r \r The most striking aspect of B2 is their openness and fair treatment of clients. Brad, their owner, was open enough to discuss his own organization and the competitors that surround him. It is rare to find repair shop owners to be fair on all grounds of service to customers and their own employees: cost, clean environment and great infrastructure.
