I regret to say I have been to B2Perfection twice this year. Both times I was not at fault, but working with B2Perfection save some stress off of me. Even their recommended Car Rental (Sunnyvale Enterprise), was accommodating, such that they gave me a couple of days to have the other insurance party pick-up the bill before they charged me. \r

The first time I had my Honda Accord fixed I noticed the paint peeling off after about a week at home and thought they place is like all the other places I had my car fixed at, but I was wrong. They took it back, rented me a car and fixed it all at no cost to me. They are better than my insurance company (State Farm), such that they are quicker in providing the service I needed. I had to drive a week around in my car with a broken bumper. If Brad (the owner) did not pop it back into place it would have fell off. \r

I am still working with my Insurance to get all my bills paid, but at least my car is fixed.\r

You goto trust them, I saw that a AAA insurance guy getting a quote from them.
