I arrived and my car was taken in. The waiting room is friendly and a comfortable place to wait. I was out in 45 minutes more

You won't find better, honest service anywhere. I've used Steve's company since he started it many years ago. I would never take my car to anyone else. All the service managers are friendly and helpful. more

My car froze in my driveway and before calling AAA I called AI. I then decided what to do and it all worked out beautifully. They are always there, know me and know my car. I will have to buy a Honda again so I can stay with AI. more

Steve's independent has a sincerity and honesty that is generally not associated with the car repair business. Women are treated with respect . Advice is given but the ultimate decision lies with the customer. I have learned much about my car and trust the entire staff at this establishment. They have never steered me wrong. more
