Easy Battery Replacement and Radio codes SAVED!! 7/19/2016

Really great service. They always have the right tools and I trust them with my cars. My Battery started to fail so I brought my car in to Automotive Instincts. They quickly connected it to their diagnostic tool and it showed me that not only was the battery indeed dying but it was still in warranty which meant that I wouldn't have to pay full price for a new one. The mechanic plugged another tool into the diagnostic port on the dash and it provided power to the cars computer while the battery was replaced. I was on my way in about ten minutes and my radio codes didn't have to be reset. I'm very happy, thanks again. more

Honors appointments and car is always ready at expected pick up time 7/16/2016

Great customer care 7/15/2016

These men are fabulous. They worked with me to get my car repairs completed while I was out of the country on vacation. We emailed information till we had the service worked out. No one else does that. Great organization. more
