Again I am impressed with the extent this organization goes to make certain that they are only fixing what is broken, nothing more. This company has integrity and honesty and that is so rare. I cannot recommend them enough. . more

Great service...but done with Honda 9/2/2016

Automotive Instincts was great as always, but my wife and I have decided that the cost of maintenance on our Honda Civics outweighs our former confidence in the Honda vehicle. Brake work every 15-20 K miles, axel and bushing work needed before 65 k on both our civics. Giving Auotmotive Instincts their well deserved benefit of the doubt here for sure. I think Honda is starting to make them look bad for their newer customers who don't have the confidence we have in AI. Honda now makes junk and I feel bad for Automotive Instincts for having to tell their customers they need 300-400 dollars of work on vehicles with less than 65k multiple times each year. I guess its good for business though. more

Since 1980 you have provided good care for a reasonable price on my cars. Above that you are honest. We have recommended you to a dozen friends and family members. We will not purchase a car that you don't maintain.. 2 days ago you provided my 75000 mileage maintenance. Today I the OIL CHANGE MAINTENANCE light came on. I will call & and ask how to reset that. more

The Best- Knowledgeable, Trustworthy, Friendly and Competitive Pricing 8/20/2016

I've been taking at least half of dozen of the vehicles that our family has owned to Automotive Instincts over the past 25 years- I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to recommend them to a friend. Honest, great communication, affordable and competitive rates for the work they do. I've NEVER felt once that they tried to sell me something that wasn't necessary- always talked thru the issues they've diagnosed- and then an honest assessment whether the work should be done at that visit, a later visit, or if at all. These guys are the best! more

Starting my car issue 8/18/2016

I started my day with a hard to start car-went to the shop in a panic ??They saw me ASAP & replaced a four year old battery. OH Happy Day?????????? more

I have been a huge fan of AI since mid 90's. They go over and beyond service. Everyone there is super professional, friendly and honest. Trust them 100%. Office is very clean and we'll organized. Absolutely recommend to a friend÷ more
