The professionalism of automotive Instincts starts from owner Steve on down. Everyone there knows there jobs & does it a high level. I would recommend AI, to anybody. I've been coming here for the last 20+ years and have no complaints. No pressure to do repairs, nothing done without my permission, always a clear explanation about what needs to be done & if it could wait or if it needs urgent attention. more

Honest, reliable and speedy work 6/12/2014

I love these guys. They've always given me great service without any pressure or sales pitches. They'll make recommendations that are in line with what I would expect at a given mileage and usage (I do a fair amount of work on some of my own cars), but they always let you know how serious a problem is or isn't and how long you can expect to safely delay a repair if desired. I take all of my cars there, not just Hondas which they specialize in. more

Honest, reliable, and friendly! 6/10/2014

I've been a customer for something like 15 years, and I won't take my '01 CR-V anywhere else. I can trust them to tell me if a repair must be done immediately or if it can safely wait. They have never talked down to me because I'm a woman, and the facility is clean and comfortable. more

What to do first 6/9/2014

As always, Al and Mike were wonderful. I took my car in for routine maintenance. They called me and recommended further service, some of which I opted to receive. What's so great is they told me what items of service needed to be performed in the near future and in what order and why. I would have gladly had it all completed the same day, but need to budget for these things. They don't use scare tactics (and I've seen those elsewhere). What they give is their opinion built through years of experience. Spending money on car repairs is never fun, but I always feel that I'm in good hands with Automotive Instincts. I always leave their facility with confidence and peace of mind. I know I'll be back soon to see these great guys. more
