I've been bringing my cars to Automotive Instincts for many years. Their service is excellent from the moment I walk in the door until my car is ready to go home. Their prices are very fair and the work is always done correctly. They are what all auto repair shops should strive to be; competent, reliable and trustworthy. more

maintenance for my Toyota 4/27/2014

I first went into this shop a little over a year ago, when I purchased my 2011 toyota Camry. I was looking for a good honest mechanic and than God I found one. I am 68 years old and have lived in the valley the whole time, and just let me tell you that these people are the most honest,friendly, and competent people on the face of this earth. They won't try and sell you something you don't need, and they wont perform unneeded work on your car. they really make you feel at home, and they take pride in their work. They treat everyone with the same excellent service whether you drive and orlder car line mine or a brand new luxuary car. Mike and al and the rest of the guys are they best. They rock!!!! more

They did exactly what they said, in the time they promised, and did not add any surprises to the job and bill. They also told me what I will need next time, so I am ready for the next maintenance visit which will require more investment. I am OK with that - I need to know - I appreciate the head's up and ability to plan ahead, no surprises. I LOVE AI! more

They fixed some mistakes another shop did. The other shop would have fixed their mistakes under their service warranty, but I live 5 hours away. These guys worked with the other shop and fixed everything. They handled the financial end of things with the other shop. I didn't have to do a thing. Incredible service! more

Best All-Round Auto Shop 4/16/2014

In addition to their excellent mechanical work and the seamless courtesy of their customer service, Automotive Instincts has a the cleanest and best appointed auto shop waiting room (leather couches, designer bathroom, Keurig coffee machine, free wifi) that I have ever seen in my life. more
