I would recommend you to buy a vehicle from this dealership.

Worst

The most I have ever paid for a simple oil change. Also had to wait 90 miniutes.

So so oil change 6/19/2013

I had a routine oil change completed. With that was suppose to be a tire rotation which was not completed and they said they'd catch me next time. A bit frustrating. They also advised that my tires were already half worn and would need to be changed in the next 15,000 miles which would put total mileage on the tires under 30,000. The tires are rated at 55k miles so that made me question their advice especially since the tires have a lot of tread left and barely look worn. Also, when I left I noticed the smell if burning oil which leads me to believe the drips weren't cleaned up properly. more

Great car! Some of the feature are odd? Pictures. What can you even use it for? Also the weather and movies are connected to XM radio which isn't mentioned during the showing of the car you only find out when you call about your radio. $35 for weather? Yikes! more

Everything was done just fine. The only thing that wasn't finished was the inside of the car wasn't cleaned. I'm not sure if that is required so if not everything seemed to be running great. Service Manager McElroy went above and beyond what I have experienced from most service mangers over the years. I purchased my Colorado used from Auburn Chevrolet. I purchased an extended warranty. However when Jeff told me the tie rod needed to be replaced, he also had to tell me my warranty had expired. After I expressed my distress, he told me he would talk to his manager about contacting the Chevrolet Co to see if they could help me out on this. Wow, they really helped me out!! I went from feeling like I never wanted to purchase another Chevrolet to realizing this is a company I can trust. Thank you Service Manger McElroy of Auburn Chevrolet! You understand and care about your customers. more

I was in for a simple oil change and although they did do that, I was also expecting them to vacuum and wash our vehicle but that did not happen. So overall i give them a C grade more
