I ended up buying a car that I really liked. Overall they seemed very accommodating. My only problem with the entire experience was that initially we had told them a specific price range and he told me he would get it within my price range. Instead he found a way to increase my loan in order to get it within his price range. Granted I didn't have to accept and I could have went somewere else but I did like the car, just felt like he said one thing and then did another. more

Service on the Tahoe 2/10/2014

Our Tahoe got the oil changed and air put into the tires. But when my husband picked it up he was told he had problems with his brakes. This is the first time we were not called to tell us there was a problem. Every time we took our cars and trucks if there was a problem we were called and told. Then they would fix it. I use to feel safe after getting our cars and trucks from the service department. My husband left with the Tahoe with the brakes not fixed. Now who knows when he is able to get the Tahoe back in. There could be a chance he could get in an accident with the weather and bad brakes that didn't get fixed. Yes, I am not happy with the service we got on the Tahoe this time. more

First service visit not successful 1/22/2014

Thanks for the email with the free oil change. I also asked for a fix to the vibration on the rear deck panel when the windows are open. They attempted to glue it down or something but it didn't resolve the issue. They suggested I crack another window and it is less noticeable. I would assume it is the design flaw since that is all they could do it get it fixed. At the moment it's January so nobody opens the windows but I guess I am stuck with keeping my windows closed when it gets warmer or dealing with the annoying vibration sound. more
