The most I have ever paid for a simple oil change. Also had to wait 90 miniutes.

Excellent customer service. 11/25/2013

Had my truck in for a trailer-brake sensor replacement. Cindy (the service-advisor) is top-notch in her customer service skills. She kept me in the loop during repairs, all questions were answered. In addition, the service dept has always treated me well. This was post-warranty work and the extended warranty I purchased was well worth the money. I would highly recommend anyone to have their Chevy worked on by Auburn Chevrolet. As a footnote, their parts dept folks are great too! more

The dealership went out of their way to ensure that we were satisfied with our purchase. Even completely reupholstered the inside of the car for us because we didn't like the fabric. Very friendly service, that never feels forced or pushy. A+ more
