I would recommend you to buy a vehicle from this dealership.

The most I have ever paid for a simple oil change. Also had to wait 90 miniutes.

I enjoyed the experience very much, which is not usual for me and car-buying. I greatly appreciated that the price was already set, and every person I worked with was very upbeat and friendly. I was given plenty of time to make my decision without any pressure and got all my questions answered. more

Atmsosphere, friendliness 1/10/2014

Auburn Chevrolet is the place to go to have an oil change or any other services to your vehicle. They really care about their customers. The service department lets you know what is going on with your vehicle and very friendly people. They know you know when your car is almost ready or if they are not able to finished the job for the day. If you need to order a rental for the day, they help with that too. I especially like Cindy and Jason at the Auburn Chevrolet. All of you keep up the good work. Keep working hard to satisfy your customers. more

Tahoe runs great 12/23/2013

After a year of not running well for my 2003 Tahoe, they were able to locate the problem and fix it within two days. Very friendly and easy to work with. more

Decent, yet lacking in some areas. 12/18/2013

They were agreeable to my requests. Yet, they lacked in regards to the actual service. Car was not detailed well, still found wrappers and such out in the open. Were not completely thorough in servicing the vehicle. Ultimately, I felt like everything was rushed too much. more

Customer Service 12/16/2013

Both my husband and I went in for a truck we had seen online after working all day. We had our 2 kids and we looked worn out. We were treated great though! Everyone was patient and kind and helpful, even as our two year old ran wild :-) I will most likely go back in search of the same people for my next car. And yes, we bought the truck. more

I know you looked at 2 other thing. The card i got in the mail said oil chang and milt point looks see and tires and car wash, but no car wash more
