We heard about The Arizona Painting Company (APC) on KTAR and decided to give them a try based on Gaydos (Mac & Gaydos Show) high praises over the last few years. We closed on our new home Friday, had APC out to our home for an estimate on Saturday, booked the painters for Wednesday, and our four day paint job was completed in under three days! The quality work performed by Arturo and Juan was second to none. They were professional, listened patiently to our concerns, and did a stellar job painting our 2200 square foot home in what we consider record time.! APC's customer service is fantastic! From Mike, the sales rep, to Kathleen, Ilene, and Jeyda in the office, and Brian the supervisor, all were professional, kind, and did not hesitate to answer questions! They were even willing to start the job knowing that our closing funds might be delayed! We will use them again and in fact now consider APC the only company we will call when we need a paint job completed! Many thanks to the whole team! more

APC has great customer support, from the first visit to the prep through to the cleanup. Quality of paint and painting was really good, except for a very few minor details. I wish the crew had looked more closely at a few spots (crooked lines from poor tape jobs, done partially by teenagers). I had asked the tech to clean up the garage windows, but he didn't. Also, I later found a couple of large areas that were missed and covered up with river rock. I finished these items myself later, but these were rather obvious oversights, at least to me. more

This was our second house painting if we weren't happy with first results. Arizona painting would not have been called back. Because of how well first job turned out we did not even consider anyone else more

Arizona Painting and the crew that came out - lead by Michael Angelo (honest!!) were stellar. I had hired an inferior company prior to calling AZ Painting Co. and was SO blessed that they came out to rescue me from the mess the OTHER company left behind. Professional, absolute attention to detail and a perfect outcome. I can NOT say enough to applaud the work and care that Mike and his crew did to bring my house back from the previous painting company's devastation. more

Joe was the foreman that got the paint job done on our home! They did a wonderful job and I felt went above and beyond! With the repairs and new paint the house looks brand new. Joe even helped fix my security door that was crooked. I would recommend them to any family or friend. more

Our home had been in need of a new paint job for the past several years. When we received a letter from our association demanding we get a fresh coat, we received multiple quote from various companies. We went with Arizona Painting Company because they had been highly recommended by my in-laws and their cost was in line with the better valued quotes we received. We chose our colors, contacted AZ Painting Co. and Raymond was soon out to get us all set up. They were professional, explained what needed to be explained and we couldn't be happier with the end result. Will recommend in the future. more

Arizona Painting Company just finished painting the entire outside of my house, front and back. The job was flawless and it was such a pleasure dealing with Mike, who provided the estimate, along with the three painters, Carlos, Joe, and cannot recall the name of the other painter. They arrived early in the morning and worked non stop until evening hours for two days until the job wash finished. Carlos made sure everything was perfect from the beginning to our ending walk-thru to make sure we were totally satisfied. There were no extra charges for anything and the entire job was completed for exactly the agreed contract price. I would highly recommend this company for any painting job. more

I hired this Company for painting. when they came to my house to start doing the painting. they decided to calk the un-finish base boards without my approval and the guy names Robert who an estimate has demanded $500 more for the calking. While we were discussing about the calking, he walked away from me. I have recognized that they have done some works. So I offered them $250 if they go ahead and finish the calking. But they abandoned the works. After they have done with the painting. They has unauthorized charge my credit card $250 more then the contract stated. I've called and talked to one gal names Irene about the charge. She said she would call me back immediately after she talks to her manager, but she never did. Three days went by, I called them again and talked to Irene again. She transfer my call to a guy names Brain suppose to be a production manager. We have discussed the situation and he said he will get back with me, but again he never call me back. Two days later, I called them back to try to get a hold of Brian, they told me he was out for lunch. Couple hours later, Robert called me and asked me why I want to get out of the payment. I told him that it was not in the contract and I did not approve the works. I told him that I don't want to talk to anyone who has walked away from me. Later that day, Someone names Joe suppose to be one of the owner of the company called me. We have discussed about the calking and we settled for $125. By the way, It took them two more days longer then they promised when I signed the contract. A month after they finished the painting. The paint is started peeling off the ceiling. I've called them back. It took them 3 days to call me back to schedule for someone to come out and take a look at the paint peeling in 3 weeks. From the start to finish, this I have had a very bad experience with this Company. Their communication is horrible. They went outside the contract without customer approval. And walked away from customer while talking. I would NOT recommend this Company to anyone. As far as the paint peeling, it remains to be seen what they will do about that. more

Bobby and Corey managed the whole thing. Excellent communication...the house is gorgeous. The crew was gentle with our 90 year old "new home". Jasmine (office) was incredibly accomadating and professional. A wonderful experience, worth every penny. more

Worked completed was popcorn ceiling removed in master suite and upstairs hallway, hallway and bedroom ceiling textured and painted, bedroom and hallway walls painted. They came in and did all the work, cleaned up the mess and finished by vacuuming all the carpet in the work areas. more

Would not use or recommend.
