Started job on time. The foreman Jose Mendez and painter Carlos R. were very courteous and did a fantastic job on the exterior of our house. They did a great job in preparation, painting and cleanup of the site. They were great representatives of your company and we are glad we chose Arizona Painting Co. to do the job. more

I am very pleased with the results of the painting of the interior of our home. Jose M and Carlos were very nice and communicated on how the painting would be done. Special care to prepping our home and covering our furniture was of great concern to me. I had no worries as all was done properly and neat. At completion our home was cleaned from all prepping materials and to our satisfaction a beautifully painted home. I highly recommend Arizona Painting Company for all your painting needs. more

We wanted just our eaves and gables painted. The eaves especially had a lot of peeling paint. The 2 painters that showed up power washed everything. They did not lay down plastic and there were paint chips everywhere. They completed the job and left the 2nd day. My husband came home from work and checked the work. There were a couple of spots that were missed. I called AZ Painting and they agreed to come out and paint the areas that were missed and pick up the paint chips. They did come out and painted the areas requested and went over other portions again, just to be sure. The one painter did pick up the larger paint chips. But we have little paint chips in the planters and lawn. It really is impossible to get them all up at this point. They really should have laid down plastic before power washing. RESPONSE FROM Arizona Painting Company: Hi Cindy, We're very sorry for all the paint chips in your rocks, we know they are unsightly to look at and very difficult to pickup. We have discussed this issue with our crew leaders and have made a new policy to lay plastic down prior to power washing when there is a lot of peeling. Its a tough situation because when we do lay plastic the water still washes the paint chips off the plastic but we do feel that it would surely help to make it an easier "Pile" to cleanup. Robert 's suggestions regarding paint color were great and his estimate was very fair. Juan worked very hard to accommodate our deadline in one day and did a beautiful job. more

They were able to come out and give me an estimate within a day or so of my initial call. We weren't sure about color (we knew we wanted something very different than current) and Doug was helpful in giving suggestions and arranged for the order of a couple samples. Only problem is that because they are so great they book up fast so we had to wait about a month and half to get on their schedule. The crew was on time, worked hard, came back for a third day to do touch-ups and the lead, Carlos, was great at communicating what they were doing, when they would be back, etc. more

My overall experience was great. All the way from them coming out to give the estimate to the very end. The painters did an excellent job in painting and in making sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. It was also done at very reasonable prices. more

Out home looks wonderful. Rebecca was our estimator, Nick was the foreman, Irene was our office contact. Great experience from the first phone call to thr final walk-around. Paint job was PERFECT, the paint crew paid attention to detail, always asking if we had any questions or concerns. I had one question after hours on a Friday evening so I emailed Rebecka, she was in a class and forwarded my email to the manager who called me within 10 min. The entire experience was plesant and efficient. My neighbor was impressed and will be calling for an estimate. Thank you AZ Painting Co. I'll be calling you the next time I need painting. more

Although I was extremely satisfied when AZ Painting painted the outside of our home, I cannot say the same for the indoor job . After job was completed, I noticed areas near the floor that had been missed, so I touched them up myself. Then I noticed paint droplets on the tile floor in the bathroom. Then a few days later when I used my claw foot tub I realized there was paint all along the back lip of the tub. For this to happen there is no way they covered my tub. No face plates or mirrors were removed, they just simply painted around everything. They only positive is they matched our current paint perfectly. AZ painting Co did a good job on our home, there were a few issues but they resolved them quickly, I think they could have spent a little more detail on facia trim filling cracks and screw holes. I did have to request a better job power spraying, clean up was so-so, tape used to mask plastic down on concrete left adhesive mark on my patio deck and concrete driveways/ walkways. I specifically asked for caulking on back patio flashing and to check for cracks and caulk above pop-out's, this was not done to my satisfaction. As an ex-contractor I will say that I am picky and no contractor lives up to my expectations. But these guys have a good reputation and the 2 man team they employ is efficient if both are not rookies. We had a team where one guy was new so he had to be instructed. more

There are only 2 things that would mar a perfect painting experience. During the time the painters were here, a landscaping light was broken, and although they tried to fix it, I will still have to get a new one. There was paint was spilled on the sidewalk at the entrance to my house and the stain is still there. It was VERY hot during this job, yet the guys, Chico and his helper were very diligent in the completion of this job. more

Today we had Juan, who took care of several indoor and outdoor "wrap-up" painting needs after some major, and not so major, spring projects had been completed. Again...wonderful work, and he didn't miss a beat. In 2011, we interviewed two other known painting contractors before deciding on Arizona Painting Company. The Arizona Painting Company crew are experienced, high quality home painters. I obtained four estimates to paint the exterior of my home plus perimeter walls, BBQ island, iron & wood fence, etc. Their cost was the 2nd lowest and despite doing more work and using additional paint, the price remained the same. I am completely satisfied with the result, cost & time frame to complete the job. Gustavo is an excellent & skilled foreman. The men on his crew are hard workers with positive attitudes and were informative in answering all my questions. more
