Could of been better 6/28/2015

Was told it's a 3-4 day job, was actually 7 days. They painted the gas meter the same as the house. It's suppose to be gray, have over spray that was missed. Price was good, but will try some else next time. RESPONSE FROM Arizona Painting Company: Hi Derek, We apologize for the gas meter being painted. We want to come back and repaint this gray for you as well as clean up the overspray. Regarding the time frame on the job it did take longer than we expected, but we don't want to rush through any job. The house was more difficult to paint than an average house and had alot more prep than we expected. We hope you appreciate the extra time we took to keep our standards up and not rush the job. more

Excellent painters! 6/24/2015

They turned my ugly red room into a beautiful family room. They knew they had a nightmare on there hands and loved the challenge of the textured circus tent pattern. They smoothed it out to the point it no longer bothers me. Great job guys!! more

Very pleasant experience from start to finish! 6/22/2015

From our first meeting with Rebbecka through the completion of the job - it was a VERY pleasant experience. Mike and Oscar were very professional, dedicated to their work, and paid great attention to details. They were always on time and everything was cleaned up and put away even when we knew they were coming back the next day. They did not hesitate to go "above and beyond" to make sure the job was done right. We will recommend APC to all our friends and colleagues! more

Rebecka did a great job explaining what would be done and provided the estimate on the spot--this impressed my husband. Joe was very personable and enthusiastic about his work. The work was done well and all aspects of the job were explained before and during the work. I only noticed a few minor items to be taken care of, and the painters did that right away.The painters were very courteous and cleaned up the area when they finished. I am very satisfied with the quality and value of the work provided. more

No follow-up on quote 6/8/2015

I am a returning customer who was happy with Arizona Painting Company. I recently had them out to a new home to quote painting the interior of the property. Over a week later I have not received a quote and have not received any follow up from the Sales Representative. I have both emailed and left a voicemail in hopes of getting some response. I have since moved on with a local painter and will not use Arizona Painting again. This was a waste of my time and that of my realtor's as well. I would have expected more consideration for a repeat customer. RESPONSE FROM Arizona Painting Company: We are sorry you had this experience with our estimator. This is not the way we would ever expect our previous customers to be treated. It is our policy to always give quotes to our customers immediately on-site to prevent this from happening. We have taken the appropriate actions to prevent this from happening in the future. We hope you will still consider us for your future projects. more

Great excellent job 6/8/2015

Heard an advertisement for Arizona Painting company on the radio. Company sounded good but still had doubts. Called for an estimate. Had an appointment right away. Very thorough inspection of the house and received a listing of everything that would be painted and repaired. Very pleasant experience. Rebecka the estimator knows her stuff. Painting crew arrived on time and said don't worry they will take care of everything. They absolutely did. Their attention to detail was far more than I expected. This was a large job and they completed it on time just as they said they would. It's been a few weeks since the job was completed. I wanted to wait and see if I could find anything that wasn't right. Couldn't find a thing! I want to thank Joe Bucko and Armondo for and exceptional job. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a 15. Everyone I dealt with at Arizona Painting was excellent. Great company to work with. more

Very neat . Cleaned up our premises. The staff worked very hard.The house looks beautiful. One criticism: to wash the house, the supervisor had to borrow our garden hose. The one that he brought was too short. No other criticisms. more

A huge disappointment, and a big hassle. The paint crew was lousy. 6/3/2015

I paid a premium for the "APC" experience. I got Keith Nelson- "handyman." They were on the job for five days; never here for more than three to four hours per a day. There were lots of mistakes, very sloppy work, 12 empty beer cans, cigarette butts everywhere, and paint poured in the bushes. I had to do the clean-up. They even used my ladders, are you kidding me?? Keith was drunk/high most of the time, I'm sure. Bottom line- never again. I have no recommendations for this company. APC should rethink having Keith and Scott representing their company. RESPONSE FROM Arizona Painting Company: We are embarrased by this situation and the lack of professionalism by our painting crew. We decided to ask this crew to leave our company as they do not represent our values and typical professional crew. No longer will any other customer have this issue. We met with the customer this week and have scheduled two days to go back and repair any issues to make this right for them. We always want to end on the right note so we'll make this right for him. more

Great quality 6/2/2015

We had the exterior of our house and the interior ceiling repaired and painted. They also painted and replaced the slats with composite ones for the RV gate. The crew showed up on time and we discussed everything that needed to be done. Once they got going there was no stopping them. Everything looked beautiful when they were done. Great job, easy to work with, and very competitive pricing. more
