Review content:
I paid a premium for the "APC" experience. I got Keith Nelson- "handyman." They were on the job for five days; never here for more than three to four hours per a day. There were lots of mistakes, very sloppy work, 12 empty beer cans, cigarette butts everywhere, and paint poured in the bushes. I had to do the clean-up. They even used my ladders, are you kidding me?? Keith was drunk/high most of the time, I'm sure. Bottom line- never again. I have no recommendations for this company. APC should rethink having Keith and Scott representing their company. RESPONSE FROM Arizona Painting Company: We are embarrased by this situation and the lack of professionalism by our painting crew. We decided to ask this crew to leave our company as they do not represent our values and typical professional crew. No longer will any other customer have this issue. We met with the customer this week and have scheduled two days to go back and repair any issues to make this right for them. We always want to end on the right note so we'll make this right for him.
