I am a returning customer who was happy with Arizona Painting Company. I recently had them out to a new home to quote painting the interior of the property. Over a week later I have not received a quote and have not received any follow up from the Sales Representative. I have both emailed and left a voicemail in hopes of getting some response. I have since moved on with a local painter and will not use Arizona Painting again. This was a waste of my time and that of my realtor's as well. I would have expected more consideration for a repeat customer.

We are sorry you had this experience with our estimator. This is not the way we would ever expect our previous customers to be treated. It is our policy to always give quotes to our customers immediately on-site to prevent this from happening. We have taken the appropriate actions to prevent this from happening in the future. We hope you will still consider us for your future projects.
