The Customer Service is great! Always friendly and very accommodating. I only go to Arapahoe Hyundai to service my car. They are always fair with pricing as well.

Service dept is not helpful. 10/15/2014

I took my vehicle in to get an oil change. I originally purchased the "maintenance agreement from Hyundai when I bought my vehicle because the finance person sold me on how great it was...not so much. The service dept is not helpful. They are more of a headache than anything. They wanted to charge me for my oil change because they could not find my "paperwork" that they put together. Not a good place to purchase a vehicle either. more

In and out as promised 10/14/2014

The service dept crew are very nice and deliver on their promises. Took my Santa Fe in for an oil change on a Saturday (which was very busy) but they said it would be done in an hour and it was done actually before that, because when I came back from visiting my salesman (which was less than an hour) it was already done. It even looked like they washed my car. Now that's what I call service!!! more

Very concerrned/disgusted 9/26/2014

My wife has now gone back to the service department three times in as many months to repair the same issue that keeps being claimed to be fixed, but never is. The first problem resulted in her hurting her neck and now we are concerned that it will happen again in a more adverse situation (snow, traffic, etc.). Although generally polite, we have no faith in the service department to diagnose and fix the problem. We have an unreliable car and wish we had never bought it. more

Best Auto Dealer/Service Department in Colorado!!! 9/26/2014

They are everything a service department should be. They are courteous, the fix the issue at hand that you brought your car in for, they explain what and why it is needed, I never feel like they are doing more than they need to, they are very fair about what needs to be done, my car always comes back clean and the exterior is always washed. Need I say more? more

Vehicle Damaged During Service Appointment 9/25/2014

My vehicle sustained damage during a standard service appointment for an oil change. The rear bumper was hit and now has scratches and dents in the shape of a license plate. Arapahoe Hyundai has been unresponsive with regard to repairs for the damage that was caused when my vehicle was in their possession. I was there buying out my lease when this happened, so I obviously have brand loyalty and love my car. They are ignoring me in the hopes I might just go away so they don't have to pay to replace or repair my bumper. This is not the kind of service I expect to receive. more
