Came to get oil change and car wash. Waited way too long and car was not washed very well. Also left smudges of grease on my drivers side visor of which I have to back today to have them clean it off more

Dealer service is a TEN-PLUS... top notch.. ONLY critique is not about the dealer, but the manufacturer. (1) change your rubber door weatherstrip materials to a much more durable rubber...wears holes in it very quickly, and (2) c'mon guys, this is a Hyundai, NOT a ROLLS ROYCE SILVER SHADOW! ...WATCH YOUR PARTS PRICES,...I mean, $120.00 for WIPER BLADES????! ...that's just the parts....NOT the labor! Be careful, DON'T price yourself out of the ball park...stay competitive. You've got a superior product, let's take steps to constantly reflect that, ok? We've owned a Hyundai (14 ) since the first Excel in 1986 ( which honestly was a true throw-away car), but have watched you grow and grow, get better and better, .....don't blow it! Friendly words of advice, to a company who has risen from ZERO to HERO! more

Ridiculous Service Charge 1/14/2015

I recently took my Santa Fe in as the right rear passenger window was not operable. This is what I told the service advisor. He came back with the master switch needed to be replaced at a cost of $400 +/- which I declined. They charged my $125 to tell me that the switch was bad when I already knew the window didn't work. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Arapahoe Hyundai and can't believe this is how they treat their excellent customers! more

I recently moved to Thornton Colorado and figured I would try the Hyundai dealership there but much to my surprise they have the worst customer service and even a little thing like washing my car when done they do not offer. I will continue using Arapaho’s services for my vehicle needs. more

Attention to me and my car 12/31/2014

I was very concerned about my car needing service and the predicted bad weather forecast on the day of my scheduled appointment. I phoned the Service Department with my concerns and was able to bring my car in for service immediately. I'm elderly and this concern for my well being was much appreciated. My car was returned in fine working order and I drove home feeling much relief not driving in a snow storm! more
