Dealer service is a TEN-PLUS... top notch.. ONLY critique is not about the dealer, but the manufacturer. (1) change your rubber door weatherstrip materials to a much more durable rubber...wears holes in it very quickly, and (2) c'mon guys, this is a Hyundai, NOT a ROLLS ROYCE SILVER SHADOW! ...WATCH YOUR PARTS PRICES,...I mean, $120.00 for WIPER BLADES????! ...that's just the parts....NOT the labor! Be careful, DON'T price yourself out of the ball park...stay competitive. You've got a superior product, let's take steps to constantly reflect that, ok? We've owned a Hyundai (14 ) since the first Excel in 1986 ( which honestly was a true throw-away car), but have watched you grow and grow, get better and better, .....don't blow it! Friendly words of advice, to a company who has risen from ZERO to HERO!
