My wife has now gone back to the service department three times in as many months to repair the same issue that keeps being claimed to be fixed, but never is. The first problem resulted in her hurting her neck and now we are concerned that it will happen again in a more adverse situation (snow, traffic, etc.). Although generally polite, we have no faith in the service department to diagnose and fix the problem. We have an unreliable car and wish we had never bought it.
