There employees here are very kind and helpful...if your knew to this hobby there place is good on pricing and all the staff are willing to help,There is a little problem with fish dieng and letting them sit,but they have an 8 foot tall protein skimmer in the back that does a lot of work, they are preety reasonable with returns if a fish is aggresive or wont eat or dies on the way home, they normally dont take dead fish back...but shouldnt need to take any dead fish back because they dont die, ive had one fish die from here and only because it jumped out of the tank, so thats got to mean something? more

OMG! Aquarium Arts has been my go-to shop for about 11 years! Without the knowledge and helpfulness of everyone at AA, my tanks would have been a huge flop and a never ending money pit. Instead, I have had incredible luck that is backed by a 'support staff' who never steers me wrong and my tank is thriving!!! Each of the staff members are very attentive to the customers and always spend the time I need to better understand the animal/coral I am considering. They won't just sell you anything...they are wonderful about making sure it compatible with my tank/skill level. After the many years of fabulous service and quality livestock I can count on, I choose to give AA my business for a 240 gallon tank...talk about a rocking' tank!!! The tank may sit in my house...but it is certainly a team effort!! I could have never done it without the never ending knowledge and great guidance from the Aquarium Arts staff and management!! Take your business here and your tank will thank you AND reward you with a never ending supply of peace and beautiful viewing!!! more

First I been in the hobby for 16 years when I told about this place I went. The staff is not bad they did ask if I needed anything. Things I noticed 1. They do not quarantine the fish from supplier. 2. they put to many fish in tanks which some think is good for selection but just stressing the hell out of them. 3. Dose w/copper in their system to keep ich and other parasites very bad for the ones that dont need it. Some of the other thing I saw with multi visits to kill time. When I looked in a tank w/ some died wrasses I could notice some parasites on the fish and corner of the tank. more
