From the first visit by Bob to the informative visit with Steve, we were certain that Apollo personnel are knowledgable and professional. The installation of a new furnace and air conditioner was great. Sam and John worked without hardly a brake under temperatures over 90 degrees. All the staff have the customer's satisfaction come first. more

The best company around !!! Thank God they were there for us. 7/27/2017

I had just been brought home from surgery and it was hot this past wkend and I was situated upstairs and unable to get out of bed when a loud noise shook the house !!! The outside A/C unit had failed. Called for emergency repair and in less than 1 hour the tech showed up. and also issued an email message he was on the way. The repair was done and it was up and running. As usual Apollo Saved the day. THANK YOU NICK YOU HAVE AN AMAZING CREW !!!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AND LIKE FAMILY YOU TAKE CARE OF ALL. RJ. more

Great customer service & confidence in technicians experience 7/26/2017

Loved that the office personal called to let us know arrival time of the technician. The technician gave us hints how to use our AC to get the most efficient use. Great customer service from our first phone call to the office to the technician finishing our AC check up. I will highly recommend Apollo to friends and family. more

The Apollo team is always well prepared to handle our service needs and they answer any questions that we may have. We appreciate that Tony and Nick are highly skilled technicians and that each will explain how the furnace and air conditioner work as well as always keeping these expensive machines in excellent working order. Apollo’s office staff provides superior services and remembers to reach out to us for semi-annual maintenance timely. Which I would forget if I were not contacted! I would not use another heating and cooling company, except Apollo! A. V., customer 12 years. more

Apollo serviced us promptly, professionally and gave us a fair price. 7/21/2017

I called Apollo because my air conditioner started blowing warm air. A repair technician was at my house within two hours. He did fix the problem but unfortunately only temporarily because I did need a new air conditioning unit. Salesman came out checked out my house from top to bottom and determined what size unit I needed. Explained every aspect of what he was doing. Also worked with me to get pricing that was acceptable and affordable for me. I spent a good part of the day watching and talking and being educated by the AC installer. I felt I would be able to install the next unit that we needed! What I really liked about Apollo Heating and Cooling was finding out they are a local business and they work locally and they stand behind their word. An excellent experience all around. more

Excellent Experience Overall! 7/20/2017

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Apollo Heating and Cooling. They have done some great work for me in this building, performing general heating and cooling services in the building that I work in. They have been super personable and have done great work for me. The staff is very professional in their work and they know what they are doing. I would definitely give them five stars all around. I appreciate all the work that they have done and I am glad that they can deliver consistent results. more

Consistently Positive Results 7/20/2017

I recently had a very nice experience with Apollo Heating and Cooling. I have used them in the past when they put in an air conditioning unit in my home. They did a great job then, so I decided to give them a try again. Most recently, they came to the home to put in a new thermostat for me. Their service this time was just as friendly and great as it was before. I thought that the pricing for their service was very nice. The staff who came in to do the work was very friendly, professional, and they made sure to clean up after themselves after they finished. I am happy that I decided to use them and I would definitely recommend them to future customers. I think that the company represents themselves very well and their work speaks for itself. more
