Straight forward in diagnosis.

Excellent and honest! 12/22/2017

Apollo came out to tune up our 12-year-old furnace. A mistake was made that required extensive repairs. I was so pleased with their professionalism and honesty, as well as diligence to fix what was broken. They were always on time, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. Each service person took time to explain exactly what was being done and why. We will use Apollo in the future for all our heating and cooling needs. more

My only complaint is when and appointment is set many times we get a call saying that they have to reschedule due to an emergency. Understandable but when the appointment is reset if's for a month or so out not the first available time. They had an issue not us. more

Wow, that was easy. The salesman stopped out and in less than 10 minutes had a proposal for a furnace that was 20% less than the other quotes I got plus a 10 year warrenty. A week later 2 guys arrived first thing on the morning and did a professional install. About an hour later a tech came by and fully inspected the furnace and tuned it to run perfectly. These guys do a great job at a great price. Highly recommended. more
