furnace maintenance 1/10/2018

An appointment was made a week in advance and the service person was right on time. He spent well over an hour on each of the two furnaces we have and talked with me about the condition of each. He gave me some options one of my furnaces that will need some repairs and let me choose the one I was most comfortable. He did a great job going in and out of the house keeping his shoes covered as to not track any of the bad weather we are having into our house. And the areas around the furnaces were cleaned up before he left. more

I got an appointment the same day. The rep was knowledgeable, friendly and quick. When he left, the heater was fixed. I will be receiving a tune up next week. I am very happy with the service. more

Great Service 12/31/2017

I called after 6:00 pm with no heat and they told me that they would try to get someone out that evening. Bob was able to make it around 9:00pm. He was able to determine my issue quickly and accurately. I really appreciated the fast response and great customer service. I will definately call them again. more

Both the technician and the sales rep were outstanding 12/30/2017

When our furnace quit working we called Apollo. Sent a technician same day. He spent almost two hours checking everything. Unfortunately a 30 year old furnace could not be fixed. Sales rep was very helpful and got us set up with just what we needed. more

Fast Service 12/29/2017

Called in this horrid weather and they offered to get to me that day!!! Wasn't able to do that so they put me on schedule for next day and then called with definite time. On time, quick service, explained everything in detail to my husband and then to me on the phone. Gave me several options but not pushy about what I should do. Already have put the name out there for others!! THANKS! more

I cannot express enough, how satisfied I am with Apollo Heating and Cooling. I am a brand new customer, in a new home to me, and I had a heating issue right before Christmas. Single digit temperatures outside. They came out, assessed the situation, ordered parts. Then left me with some space heaters to make it through the night. Outstanding customer service! I'm grateful to them, and their service. They have a customer for life! more
