Furnace Install 9/11/2017

Hard workers, very nice, great communication. Word of advice... If you have an old furnace these are the people you want to hire. Our chimney was totally blocked. No way we could have known that. We feel like they saved our life. more

Poor work poor servie 8/29/2017

Call them out to do some work on my HVAC system. They did a poor job incomplete and improper. Called to complain about it on Friday and was told I'd receive a call back on Monday to get things straightened out. Never heard from them again. I would not recommend them. I have to call someone else to do the job I already paid them to do. I also have two other complete systems that I need done and they will not get the business. more

Great Service 8/25/2017

Just had a new air conditioning unit installed and just like when we had our furnace installed the guys did a great job making sure everything was right. The crew (Rob, John, and Sam) were willing to do the extra stuff to make the whole area neat and clean. This is why weI continue to do business with Apollo. Many thanks! more

Quck Response, ease of payment, A bit overpriced 8/21/2017

I had the furnace checked by them in May and spent over a thousand dollars charging the AC unit. It was certainly cheaper than replacing. The blower motor checked out with their "Early Bird" tune up as operating under normal parameters. I went to cool the house recently and the motor failed to function. I called Apollo, the response was quick. they came out over the weekend and replaced the motor for a service fee of $89.00 and a motor cost of $585.00. After doing some parts checking the motor cost was considerably higher than what I could find on the market. I guess they had hidden labor and/or material markup in the motor. Other than the cost I would recommend them. RESPONSE FROM Apollo Heating and Cooling: I glad we could service you so quickly. We openly review your repair options with up front pricing. The price you approved for the repair is the price we charged you. No hidden charges or fees. That's it. I'm happy the problem is resolved. more

GREAT comapny to deal with 8/8/2017

We needed a new HVAC system (furnace and AC). Apollo was great start to finish. Steve came out and explained all aspects of the unti he quoted. When the tecs arrived they were ready and jumped right into replacing my system. They treated my house like it was theirs and paid attention to every detail and made sure i was completely satifisfied with their job before they left. The tec then came to inspect their work and tune my system to my house and made sure it was at its optimum efficency. I notices a $50 drop in my electric bill the first month. Cant wait until winter to see the savings in my gas bill. Oops did i just say that i cant wait til winter????? more

They have the latest in technology and aren't afraid to use it. They keep you posted on arrival time and send all documentation pertaining to the service call via e-mail.
