Straight forward in diagnosis.

Ok, but not much to review 11/4/2017

They showed up on time and were polite but was shocked to see an 8 x 11 non-removable sticker on my furnace that was placed there without asking!!!! more

The repairmen have been very professional yet sociable while doing their job. have never had a reason to complain. Oh wait, except when they encourage my dog to play fetch. LOL I would and have recommended your company to friends and co-workers. more

I purchased my home in April so this was the first furnace tune up at this house. I've used Apolllo Heating for years at my previous house. My HVAC technician was awesome. He let me hover over him and watch him work and he answered all of my questions. No rush job with this guy-he took his time and got the furnace in tip-top shape. more

We have been a customer of Apollo for years now, always satisfied with there service. We plan to have a furnace upgrade and duct work done in the spring. Bob answered any questions I had concerning this. Very friendly staff and great service. Thank you! more

Outstanding 10/18/2017

My husband and I are very pleased with our Apollo experience. We had Bob come our home at 7p.m. He was very pleasant and answered ANY questions we had. He was very upfront with everything. We have to replace our furnace and cooling . We had Steve Cross in our home last night, and again he was awesome and explained everything. We have our new system coming in next week. We are so very pleased with our experience so far. Will recommend to EVERYONE! more

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM SALESMAN TO INSTALLERS 10/16/2017

INSTALLERS SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID EVERYTHING SAME DAY AND TIME. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. THE FINAL COST WAS EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE ESTIMATE. SO FAR THE A/C WORKS FINE. THE FURNACE HAS YET TO BE NEEDED AND I AM CONFIDENT IT WILL ALSO. more

Apollo service is prompt, they are very careful as they work and clean up well before they leave the house. I have used this company for years and will continue to do so. I always recommend them. Members of my family use Apollo as do some neighbors. more

Will not do business with your company again 10/15/2017

Your technicians came out quoted a very high price to repair or to replace the furnace completely, was also very expensive. contacted another company they repaired for half the price and said we probably could get at least another two years of service out of our furnace more

Did a very good job 10/15/2017

I have a peace of mind knowing I have a whole new unit inside and out. The second tune up was more informative in the operation then the initial installation but the guys installed quickly and without problems. Apollo helped my Church years back and this was the reason we went with you. You guys were not the lowest bid but glad we went with you! JF more

Very professional- HVAC FIX 9/27/2017

Shawn got right to the problem, had the replacement part in his truck, fixed in 20 minutes. Took time to explain how new part worked, And friendly answered other questions I had about the whole HVAC system. Highly recommend company ( Apollo) and especially Shawn. Thank you, Tom Pittinger more
