Based on my experience with this company the previous six reviews are either staged or hand picked.This is the second time I used this company. They were awesome the first time. WOW what ever happened. I contracted to move from Sarasota, Fl to Macon, Ga. 6/12 was the scheduled pickup date. No one showed up or called. 6/13 Driver calls says hes on his way. He and crew arrive three hours later take six hours to load my household effects which had already been packed in boxes by me. Delivery to Macon was scheduled for 6/15 (Tuesday) Monday night I call driver to ensure things are on schedule. He advises me his truck is in the shop and his crew is over worked from too many jobs on monday. My shipment has been assigned to another driver. 2nd driver seems disintrested in my call inquiring about delivery. Says he show up on Thursday (2 days later than original date) I call driver on Wednesday to ensure delivery he says he has truck trouble an He may deliver on Friday. Repeated calls to customer service go unanswered when using their voicemail. Finally speak with customer service manager who promises action but no return call as promised on Saturday (7 days after pickup) After acting like I was a new customer (option 1) on the phone menu I amazingly spoke with a human inside 30 seconds. After explaining in slow polite painfull detail this entire ordeal to a poor girl whos job was entirely different I got action when I asked for the email address for the company President. Within minutes the driver called me an explained my delivery was scheduled for Monday afternoon 6/21 a full 9 days after pickup. At this writing I still do not have my household effects, god only knows what will show up safe an sound. I have incurred additionall expenses for bedding etc as i have been forced to sleep on the floor awaiting my shipment. Customer Service is what keeps repeat customers. These guys have failed miserably to communicate to me when they knew they had incurred delays. They are the first to know and should then inform the customer to prevent this type of review. 9 days and I still dont have my things.Use ANYONE ELSE but not these guys. LATE NO COMMUNICATION I HAD TO DISCOVER WHY THINGS WHERE DELAYED. The saga continues. I certainly expect to be compensated for the out of pocket expenses I have incurred due to there inability to deliver according to the terms of there own contract. I will followup with an additional review assuming my shipment makes it to Macon. My gut tells me I can count on some lossed or damaged items and additional charges from this company before this is over with. i will keep you posted.
